Rules

Payment due at time of Reservation. Monthlies pay one quarter of the total amount of monthly cost. Check-in is after 12:00 PM Check-out is by 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a $10.00 Administration Fee if cancelled with-in 24 hours of arrival date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there is no refund available. Dogs must be on a leash and please picked-up after them. Vehicles to be parked behind or in front of your own rigs. Children may be present in the park, please drive according to posted speed limit signs.

Stopped for the night here and it was so nice to be so warmly welcomed by owner, Dave. I appreciated being led to the site and as I pulled in, he asked if I wanted to teach a class since he said I looked like a real pro making those turns. I laughed and said after 14 years, I better know what I'm doing! Way cool that they even will lend you an SUV to go to town if you don't want to unhook. Also Andes Mints to put on my pillow - way cool! Oh, and they give Escapees discount - this site (pull-through, 50 amp, FHU) ran me $27.54 all inclusive with tax. They charge a couple dollars more for cable if you want that and since I didn't, I also appreciate not having to pay that. They also have just W/E sites for a couple dollars less.
