Not far from I 80. It's an old fashioned campground not a resort. Gravel roads & sites. The pull through you go through a grass field. 30 amp FHU. There are some 50 amp ($3 more). We were escorted to our site. The sites are off level left to right (thank goodness for automatic levelers). Some shade most have big pine trees. Lots of seasonal campers. Some have older trailers. The owners are new (3 yrs owned) & they are serious about seasonal keeping their area clean & tidy. Playground (small), volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard & a very small mini golf. The activities person made sure that we knew we were included in the free ice cream social. WiFi ($), laundry. 4g Verizon OK, no cable nothing on antenna. Quiet place for a weekend or overnight. Game land surrounds the campground. There's a water hole to swim in there, they told us. Very friendly owners & staff.

This is a great family friendly Campground, We season her and My children love it! Kids corner on Saturday Morning. Nice playground with new equipment this year. Minutes from cooks forest with lots to do! only a couple miles from rt 80, although you would never know it, as it is quiet and peaceful place to unwind form the hustle and bustle of the busy week.

My family and I absolutely love this place. It is tucked back away from busy roads and is nestled in the peaceful and tranquil wooded setting. The park is just minutes away from the river, shopping and many outdoor activities. They even have a kids program every Saturday morning where the children get to make a different craft. Even on the busy holiday weekends I can still enjoy a nice quiet bonfire with family or enjoy a community bonfire with other campers at the park. We definalty will be returning for many years to come!!

To say this is a fantastic campground is an understatement. This is the home I never knew I had, the family I never knew I was missing. I've been here since April 2016, and not a day has gone by where I wished I were pitched somewhere else. During the regular RV season, there's activities for children, community bonfires, outdoor games, an amazing annual craft show, a yard sale, and even a live auction (my first one). In between all that, there's a huge forest to wander in with a stream that stretches all around the campground. When it gets really hot, I highly recommend grabbing an ice cream from the office and heading to the stream to relax! All this sits surprisingly close to I-80 and 322, and all the amenities Clarion and Shippenville have to offer (certainly close enough to go to a real butcher shop for a fresh slab of meat to throw on the grill!!), yet none of the noise or hustle and bustle make it into the campground.
