We regularly receive high marks for cleanliness, it is regrettable that this time we did not completely earn those from you. As we communicated upon booking and in your check in document, we are always happy to help answer any questions, accommodate requests or rectify any issues that may arise, however, we are unable to do so if we are not made aware of these things during the stay.
