In Gardiner is a very nice spot to spend the night or a few days. It is on top of a hill that gives a fantastic view of the town below and of the mountains in the west across the Yellowstone River. It has FHU, clean showers a little walk down the hill near the office and gift shop. The gift shop has a nice selection of things to look at and to buy. It does not have a store, but if you walk down the street to the bottom of the hill there is a very good convenience store that is well stocked as it serves both the town and the travelers. The North Gate to Yellowstone N.P. is about a half mile away and it was dedicated by President Theodore Roosevelt if memory serves me right. We stayed there last August. We would definitely stay there again. The Staff was polite, professional, and very helpful. To our way of thinking, the view we had was the best feature to advertise this campground. We came down the valley from I-90 and the drive was worthy of being called a very scenic view road - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
