For 50 years, we have been a locally-owned and family-operated business. We strive to be the best value for your money in the south Georgia / north Florida area, providing great customer service and a clean, quiet place to stay. River Park has 57 paved, pull-though, full hookup sites (with free wifi and cable) for overnight & short-term stays, and we can accommodate the largest rigs, with ample room for slide outs. We also have 65 spacious extended stay lots, also with full hookup--please call or email to inquire about our monthly rates. We have a clean laundry room and updated bath house with new, larger hot showers. These facilities have a handicap ramp for ease of access. We are pet friendly, with a fenced ‘pooch park’ for your dogs to play in off-leash. While we have easy access to I-75, we separated from the Interstate noise by a thick hedge and 3-story motel. I want to say that I love staying here and I plan on never leaving. I have put a review in before but we worked together and fixed it. I really think that I found the best park in Valdosta Georgia area

I was there for 2 months and when I asked about the rain and flooding that would push my waste, water and my power cable, and leave about 3" of sand on the pad. I was told that I was responsible for the mess left behind. Then after having my two slide awnings and my main awning replaced, then we had a storm dropping large branches on my Motorhome. I had asked if I could be moved and I was told No and that she had a tree guy there to look and said the tree was ok. Well its hard to have someone look at the issue on that Fri when i told her about it Saturday morning the day after!! Oh and don't get caught driving around or you will get stopped and asked if your casing the place out lol. The place looks nice but it's like lipstick on a pig !!!! Don't waste your time !!!!!!! Rude Ass Owner !!!!!

This rv park had NO INTERNET which was very disappointing to us! The sites are extremely small and the Oder from the septic system was horrible! We couldn’t walk around the site for the tree roots! ☹️

It is a Beautiful park, great place to r.v. or live permanently management is friendly and helpful, Bathrooms and laundry are wonderful cleaned daily 7 days a week lawn maintenance excellent, office is closed due to covid pandemic but can always reach someone in charge, Manger is always out and about checking on everyone to make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. People are friendly and nice park is quiet, restraints are close gas stations are within pull in and out no need for long distance to fuel up I-75 is right there as well gas up and hit the road, but why would you want to leave River Park is a great place to visit and stay.

Well I guess they they aren't as friendly as they want you to think...my husband travels with his job, so we were duped into putting a deposit on a site, And were not told it was non refundable...three weeks before he was to check in he was sent to a different state...And With over two weeks notice Pam refused to return the deposit...even though she has plenty of time to rerent the spot...not a good way to do business...so beware you will loose your deposit if circumstances arise in plenty of time to cancel...they will cheat you out of your deposit.

Hello Lois and Happy Holidays to you. I'm sorry for this situation with your deposit, and worked with Pam to successfully resolve this situation and provide you with a refund. We also took the opportunity to review our reservation deposit & cancellation policy and update it to be clearer and prevent any further mistakes or misunderstandings. We are not perfect and will always acknowledge our mistakes, and correct them, and work to prevent them from reoccurring. But I do want to clarify that making mistakes and correcting them is a far cry from deliberately trying to dupe and cheat people--River Park always does our best to conduct business with integrity and treat our guests fairly. This is a wonderful, shady park right off I-75 in Valdosta GA. It is within a short distance of many restaurants and the Valdosta Mall. Sites are full hookup with 30 and/or 50 amp. Most overnight sites are paved, the long term sites are sand/gravel. The sites are shaded and well spaced, although some are tricky to get into with larger rigs. Certain sites are very unlevel and next to the noisy highway, so if this is an issue be sure to ask for another site. Restrooms and showers are very clean, laundry is very cheap. Staff and RV neighbors are friendly and helpful, and they are working on improving the park more every day. We've been here 3 months on a travel nurse contract and have really enjoyed our stay.
