Not a destination stop, just a utility park. This is a parking lot on a fairground. A place to park with full hookups. It’s a gravel parking lot with a road splitting it in two. Speed bumps are installed to slow the traffic in and out of the barn area (horse boarding, no one is allowed to walk thru there, you might get away w it a time or two but eventually you’ll get scolded for disturbing the animals) We stayed for 11 mos, it served our purpose, No clubhouse, no laundry. There is a bathhouse that you need a se unity card to use. Lots of homeless in the area so they are trying to keep them out. There is a gate but it’s not attended. The fairground is fairly active May thru September. There are races every Saturday night that go late and are loud! We loved it! My hubby went to the races all summer. There was a fair there the first weekend we landed. Office staff is as great, limited hours and after hours access was pretty bad. We paid $650/mo for everything. Had to pay a pet deposit of $200 that was deducted from our last months rent.
