**New Procedure During Covid**

Once you set up a reservation with us, we will send a confirmation email with your site number and a map to your site as well as the total amount due upon arrival. When you arrive, please, call the office number and let us know. If your arrival is during business hours, we can take your Visa or Mastercard payment over the phone. If you plan to arrive after 4 PM on weekdays or during the weekend, please call us before 4 PM during business hours.

Speed Limit:

The speed limit in our park is 10 MPH. Please, abide by this and remind any of your guests as well. Keep it slow and safe!

Pet Rules:

All pets must be on a leash no more than 6' for the safety of all of our furry residents. Clean up after your pets, please. Carry doggie bags with you to dispose of pet droppings. We understand that pets can be talkative (barky) but please, try to keep the chatter down to a minimum. There are breed restrictions in place for our park. That list includes, but is not limited to; pit bulls, chows, doberman pinschers, great danes, german shepherds, rottweilers, huskies, malamutes, and very large dogs. You are allowed 2 pets per lot.

Vehicles:

You may have 2 vehicles parked at your site. They must be parked in the gravel and not on the grass. Vehicles must be in good working order and kept presentable.

Fire Pits and Clotheslines:

We only allow charcoal or gas grills. No open fires or fire pits allowed. Umbrella clotheslines are accepted.

Fireworks/Firearms:

Absolutely no fireworks or firearms are allowed to be discharged on the property. Failure to comply with this rule will be grounds for immediate removal.

Noise Restrictions:

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please, respect your neighbors and keep the noise at a minimum during these hours. We do request that loud noises, yelling, blaring music etc. be avoided at all times. We want to make sure that everyone has a peaceful time here in our park.

Rates:

Monthly RV stays are $490 per month (includes water, sewer and trash.) There is a $150.00 security deposit for monthly stays. The deposit is fully refundable minus any monies owed upon your departure. Electricity is metered and you will be billed on your actual usage. Monthly rent is due the 1st of each month. There will be a $35.00 late fee applied after the 7th of each month. Monthly rates are only available for stays of 30 days or more. If you stay less than 30 days, you will be charged daily/weekly ($35/$195) up to the monthly rate of $490. Daily rates are $35 ($31.50 with Good Sam or Military discount.) Weekly rates are $195.00.

Check Out Time:

Our check-out time is 2 PM. If you need additional time, please, contact the office. We can probably work with you, providing there isn't a reservation waiting for your site.

RV Guest Responsibilities:

RV Owners are responsible for any family or guests who visit their site. Red Maples is not responsible for accidents and we reserve the right to refuse service or request the departure of anyone not complying with our guidelines.

Area Tips

The surrounding area hosts several places to visit! We have the America's National Churchill Museum and the Auto World Museum! We also have several parks and recreation areas to spend the day with the family! Memorial Park, Veteran's Park, Stinson Creek Trail and more! Be sure to visit our beautiful Brick District downtown and patronize the local businesses! We are only 25 minutes from Jefferson City and about 30 minutes from Columbia.

Shame on me for booking a site here. There's no cable, laundry, etc. All of the amenities one might look for are not here. The self-serve dumpster gets emptied once a week and smelled like something had died in it. It appears to me that they are slowly converting the RV section to manufactured housing (think double-wides). The guy mowing the weeds actually hit my trailer with the mower... twice. And if you're looking for the manager, sit on the porch and wait. She'll be in when she wants to.

If you are on the road and need a spot for the night or completely self contained then it will be fine. Location is great for access to highways and the interstate. No facilities or amenities.

Wifi was spotty, grass needed mowed - then when they mowed they threw rocks and debris hitting the sides of our coach. On the other hand, full-timers living there are very friendly.

Don't go! Dirty. Unkept. Our site was grown up in weeds, had a huge hole open that could have wrecked our RV, no fire pit, cable didn't work, surrounded by trailers, and no activities nearby. Terrible experience.

We were pleased with how quiet and peaceful it was here. RV Parks are hard to come by in this area. This place served us well, even though it appears to be full of full-timers and people temporarily working in the area, rather than vacationers. The managers were efficient and kind and checked us in quickly. I remember even getting a confirmation call beforehand. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay for even just a night or two as we did.
