Camp sites are pack very tight which makes it a noisy environment both late at night and early in the morning. The site are shallow so your tent is very close to a gravely road which make the sound of cars rolling very loud. It's disorganized, when we arrived other campers had taken over our picnic table, the guy in the office didn't seem bothered.

Campground Response

David, The sites are a new addition this month for online booking. They are a work in progress which is the reason the markers are small/temporary. The guy in the office is just me. The same as the guy going around at night to quiet people down. The same as the guy cleaning the bathrooms just before daybreak and offering you coffee on your way out. When I said that you could move to another site, I genuinely meant that. I apologize if you interpreted my exhaustion as apathy. (I was in the ER until 1 AM the previous night with my 16 month old.) Since it is my business, it is in my interest that every guest has the best experience possible. I am sorry that we failed you in delivering on that goal. Best wishes in your future camping endeavors, Aaron

Best campground I’ve stayed at. Bathrooms are clean and there’s warm water for showers. Glad they make firewood and ice accessible. Camp spots are flat. Overall I had a great experience and I would go back.

Campground Response

Thanks Madison!

This camp ground is fabulous! Very rustic but very inexpensive. My grandson loved fishing in the little pond right outside of our cabin. The A-frame cabin is clean and in a park like setting. It has a tin roof so when it rains at night it will lull you to sleep. There is a nice deck overlooking the woods and the firepit. I am looking forward to coming back here as soon as I possibly can!! Thank you

Campground Response
