This park is run by Escapees but all can stay here. This is a very good park if you do not care about being super close to the beach in southern AL. It's not super close to recreation or shopping; It is out in the countryside and is about a 15 minute drive to Fairhope for shopping, about 20 minutes to the outlet mall in Foley and about 25 - 30 min to the beach at Gulf Shores. The folks working and staying there are friendly, and we were encouraged to join in many activities at the club house by several people who live there on a seasonal or full time basis. We stayed here for 6 weeks after the RV park near the beach where we stayed for the winter jumped up way too high in pricing for our budget. RV storage is available. Full hook up sites in the park - elec (30 amp) are included in rates, payment will be made in advance, and reservations are now recommended. Pricing still good, but not as low as before since elec is included - also there is a surcharge if you need 50 amp. The place is very clean and most sites have trees. Most of the sites are on grass. The sites run north/south and have plenty of room. Satellite systems work fine; ATT phones work fine; Verizon is less strong but worked so so. You can wash your rig and even fix your car or give it an oil change at a "garage" on site. There is a pool near the clubhouse and a large laundry room. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
