It is one I will put on my Must Avoid At All Costs list. Seriously, I will go find a WalMart parking lot to spend the night in rather than staying here again. I will say that out of the many and several KOAs we've stayed at, and some of them are beautiful (Williams, AZ and Tucson, AZ to name a couple), this one that for us is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. 1. Heading north, there's a 13' 3" high and very narrow, one lane tunnel under the freeway. There was quite a bit of traffic and so we waited. And waited. 2. Once under the freeway (if you fit) there's an immediate right onto a narrow two-lane road that hasn't been maintained in a long time. Mind the potholes on the 90-degree corners to get onto the property. 3. The spaces are very narrow. I had to move the rocks lining the space to get my 5er in. I put them back. Oh ... I did use one to brace the wooden gates of the utility space next door to us. They were banging in the high wind. 4. The gentleman at the desk, while I'm sure he's a very nice man, started his answer with a giggle every time I asked him a question. 5. My 7th grade granddaughter could have written the rules flyer better. One I found to be actually offensive. And I quote: "The park is rated PG: PARENTAL GUIDANCE is required at all times. ALL KIDS UNDER 17 must take an adult to the store or game room. Your parents like to feel needed and it gives them another chance to yell at you." Some people may find that funny. I don't. 6. The site is located very close to the freeway. We are in a space on the far side of the park and it is still very noisy. 7. The WiFi connection took several tries to get into. When I finally did connect, there was ONE bar. This is only our opinion, which is what I thought this site asks for. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
