Pine Flats Campground

Overview

Ponderosa pines tower over the Pine Flats Campground, giving the grounds a beautiful look and plenty of crisp, fresh air. Located near the South Fork Payette River, the site is popular for water sports such as fishing trout, rafting, kayaking, boating and swimming. A 1/4 mile trail begins at the campground and ends at a natural hot spring. Numerous other hot springs may be found nearby at the Wildlife Canyon Scenic Byway, where visitors can go wildlife watching, and hike beautiful nature trails.

The campground includes single and double family sites, campfire rings, grills, vault toilets, water and trash collection. With a total of 26 sites, be sure to reserve one early so you don't miss out on this camping treasure!
