*****BEWARE, KAREN ALERT****** We are Respiratory therapists and a family of 5. The kids are 11, 9, and 2. We came to help out Jersey during covid. This is not a family friendly place. The lady is a racist piece of human garbage. We were kicked out after 7 months of being there all in just one week. She yelled at my kids for playing with sticks. Wanted us to pay $600 for a rotten bench my 60lbs, 11 year old accidentally broke. Which I fixed. Half the benches there are rotten and torn up. Plus this one was drilled through a KNOT and a screw was placed. Obviously it split the knot in half. What's the relative force between a 60lb kid jumping around and a 400lbs man sitting down? If you're overweight you don't sit lightly. A 60lbs kid isnt going to create that much force to break a healthy bored in half. However we agreed to fix it, and not pay a random number. We also pay a ridiculous amount of money to have an extra kid each month and she has a, "Maintenance guy." But nope She made a few comments to us that made it seem like she didn't like our kids playing with black kids. Complained every time our kids went to the playground which wasnt much. Like I said, all in basically one week. The other two times months prior she told us the kids had water bottles everywhere (which they didn't, we have a water cooler, much cheaper.) The other was she received a "complaint," that the kids were playing near the garbage. They weren't, they were throwing garbage away. Then her daughter told us they were getting noise complaints LMAO. Again all in one week. With no warning. We worked opposite shifts 12hrs Thursday-Sunday. Baby went to bed at 750pm. Quiet time is listed at 10pm. We left on vacation a lot and to parks around Jersey basically every week since October. Or it rained or snowed us in. Or is was freezing COLD! We also don't have anyone beside us and have talked to the ones that are. No one behind us, just a parked empty rv on the left. On the right the guy is barely there. Then two close enough, roughly 50 feet facing the front. She told us she wasn't going to refund our money and threatened us twice in the week with tow trucks and police. She called the police and they told her there is nothing they can do. My girlfriend works nights and was sleeping. She told the police, "She was worried the kids were alone". Our vehicle was parked right outside the RV. She has a PET that drives around in a blue ford that tells her everything. I get some rules should be followed but they strive for drama and make up complaints. Always blaming other campers. Her pet had also told her we have a fourth kid. We don't. Her daughter and son stay on the property and they all watch the cameras 24/7. Multiple people rumored have been kicked out. Within minutes of talking to her, you'll understand why. They created drama, then tried to be in control. Which they weren't. If we enjoyed drama we would have stayed. She cant legally tow or call the cops. Luckily we will never be back.
