Excellent RV Park. Clean, quiet and almost every spot is shaded by large trees on both sides. Restrooms and showers are available and very clean.

Helen Smith

Friendly, easy to park, trees, trees, trees! Spotless bathrooms and shower, friendly. Good for long term or stopovers.

Susan Legere

The campground is located right by railroad tracks and train horns were sounding. They originally sent us to an open gravel site with no trees.

William Johnson

Lots trees for shade was nice, clean bathrooms a bonus, you need to tow a vehicla to get arounf nothing really in walking distance, comfortable

Dan Dykes

I love this little park. I’ve stayed a few times. It is very well maintained. I appreciate the nice dog area, the picnic area, the grass around the sites too. Phillips is on my list of great stops while out RVing.

John Bryant

Tight quarters, but very comfortable.

Jeff Backe

Nice shaded site that was long enough for me to keep the truck and trailer hooked up. All of the services (E, W, S) were in the proper place and worked well. It was easy to find the campground from the interstate and easy to get around the campground.

Luke Anderson

Great rv stop. Have used this site many times when crossing Wyoming.

Rick Maddox

we broke down so never got to stay here we will try again later we were so looking forward to it

Jessica Taylor

This is a cute little no-fuss park, great for a stop in Evanston. It has a river right next to it with walking paths you can easily get to and restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores are a short drive away. It is right by a railroad and freeway so it is not quiet, other than that staff was great! I enjoyed the location.

Denise Martin

This was our 5th time staying on way back & forth to Oregon. Nice campground, easy access, friendly staff

Upon arrival staff felt the combination of the Motorhome and motorcycle trailer would be too long for the original site they had assigned. We were quickly assigned a larger pull through site. Was a great site. We strongly recommend Phillips RV Patk and We will continue coming back to Phillips

Folks were nice, location is noisy, freeway, trains and trucks. The park needs some TLC.

Craig Stauffer

Stan Pelmear

We enjoyed our stay. It was stop overnight.

John Shinn

I stopped off for a one nighter on my trip across WYO. It was a nice relaxing experience. Big trees, grass and cows next door made for a great recharge.

Jan Morkal

Need some cleanup and maintenance. No one to greet us. Took some time to find someone to figure out where to park. Highway noise.

Mary Gardner

Beautiful area, clean restrooms but very poor to no WiFi

Rita Schumacher

This is a very nice arby park. There are many trees and the grounds are well kept.

David McAda

Nice showers and bathrooms. Nice people. The interstate and train noise were horrible.

Kay Carter

we stayed twice a year, coming and going from the midwest to cali. staff is helpful and polite. easy in and easy out.

donna goutermont

We stayed at this lovely park with friendly hosts. The sites were level, and even though we were there at the end of April, we could tell that the park would be even nicer in the summer with all the trees around. We wished we could have stayed longer to explore the town. It is easy to access from the highway.

Phillips was a lovely park and we were especially impressed that they stayed open beyond closing time because we were not able to get there before 4 pm. The wifi was strong, the park was clean and the front office person was kind and efficient.
