We spent Father's Day weekend at the Perryville Campground. It was amazing and we plan to return when we can! They had a band playing on Saturday evening that made our experience even more enjoyable! The deluxe site we were assigned was on concrete and we had no problems with any of the sewer, water and 50 amp electric. There was a great mix of shade and sun throughout the day with huge trees scattered throughout the campground. The county lake was only a short hiking distrants from the campground and there was a really nice 4+ mile walking trail around the lake. The park was in good/great condition along with the pool, bounce pad and playground equipment. The manager was very friendly and wanted to be sure we had a great time. We highly recommend Perryville Campground and be sure to visit some of the wonderful wineries and restaurants nearby.

Campground very well maintained and cared for! Super friendly owners and 4.4 mile hiking trail around lake accessed via camp. Would stay here again!

It was a nice place to stay there two days I wish I would’ve known there was no cable on my site other than that it was a nice site but was kind of cold ass I assume it was a little bit boring without TV

My husband and I are full time RVrs. My husband is part of a travel team resulting in the opportunity to see a good portion of the good ol USA. As such we have experienced numerous campgrounds and met so many interesting and wondrrful people. Perryville campground is at the top of our favorite places to be list. We have enjoyed a variety of RV sites in Perryville campground over the numerous visits during the summer of 2019. The new owners and thier employees are quite welcoming and do all that they can to make our stay as delightful as possible. This includes:full hookup, really good wifi and internet access (esential for my hubby to be able to remote into various work locations), very clean laundry room, and country-chic public bathroom and showers. The campground office includes a small town style general store complete with a faux camp fire, lawn chairs and a skelleton (they are all set for Halloween). There is a section for rv supplies which have come in handy. The owners have taken customer service to a whole new level by offering a menu of food items prepared in the store and delivered rite to your campsite for a very reasonable fee. This includes my favrite, PIZZA! There are plenty of activities for families which include a crystal blue swimming pool, bounce pad, playground area, and on certain weekends there are hayrides. One Saturday evening we were entertained by a local band playing a combination of country and rock and roll music. The band was set up on the pool's wooden deck. It was quite enjoyable to listen to the live entertainment while people swam, sat in lawn chairs or liesurely rocked in the rocking chairs lining the porch outside of the office/general store. Not to mention the hotdogs, pizza, candy and ice cream purchased from inside. There are tent sites as well as several cabins available for rent. 3 of the smaller cabins are located on a catch and releaee pond. I've seen families hanging out on the cabins front porches while thier kids were fishing from the edge of the pond only a few feet away. What a great way to creat some really neat memories. There is also Perryville Lake a short distance from the campground with a connecting trail to a 4 mile hiking trail. This hiking trail goes completely around the lake. There are numerous spots on the hiking trail for fishing or just sitting on the benches provided along the way. I would highly recommend Perryville campground for an overnight stay or a get away or a family vacaton. This would also make a great place for a reunion or special events since there are 2 covered pavillions with picnic tables for rent. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

This is a nice campground with great amenities. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The public restrooms and shower house is very clean and cute! There's a nice pool and camp store. The weekend we were there the owner was selling zucchini bread that she had made and it was delicious!

Greg Taylor

Nice little camping spot. Nice shade trees and friendly people. Great one night stop going to the WoO race at Federated Parts Speedway I-55. Race on!

Natasha Smith

We love this place. Our favorite part is the pool. There are many large shade trees. The staff is very friendly. They also added a bounce pad this year.

Kim Cochran

Great place to stay. Quiet, relaxing. Bathrooms, showers and whole place was clean! Friendly staff, willing to help. Laundry room was great but needs a chair for sitting lol. Definitely will be back hopefully with the grandkids!

Lacey Segatto

Loved the park. Nice, quite and relaxing. Kids had a great time swimming and using the jump pad. Bathrooms are very very clean. The trials are nice.

Shannon Nikolaisen

I had a great weekend here! When I checked in I was greeted warmly and even offered a taste of their apple pie liquor that they sell...which I bought. The showers and restrooms were very clean a nice. My nieces loved the big bounce pillow! The owners are so friendly and accommodating!

Wally Perks

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone super friendly. Cyndi and Mike have done a fantastic job. Clean park, clean restrooms and shower and the pool is sparkling! Already booked our Halloween weekend. Lots of things to do for everyone. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. Oh let’s not forget campsite delivery. If you don’t see it just ask.

Ryan Stark

We had an absolutely amazing time camping here! Our whole youth baseball team and families all camped together. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied and entertained. We will definitely be coming back.

corrie Vassalli

Perfect for a family camping trip! Close to home, and conveniently close to stores or restaurants. They also had fun activities to help entertain the kids.

Vicky Kundrick

It is a great place for my family to meet. Right off the interstate, so very convenient. Rented a cabin and everything was clean and functional. Cute park and I'm sure my kids would have loved the bounce pad when they were younger. I'm sure we will visit again. It rained almost the entire weekend, so we were happy to find some shopping nearby to spend a few hours.

Sarah Hanrick

Wonderful place! Cabin and area was extremely clean, cozy, and inviting. Cindy went above and beyond to make you feel like family. This place is definitely a favorite!

Good campground except no bathrooms open where we were parked. Early in season. Horrible website roverpass very poor service

Campground Response

Thank you for your feedback, we are working hard to make improvements to the campground in preparation for the upcoming season. As the new owners, we found the lower restrooms were in bad repair and needed a lot of attention. They are now in great shape and are set to open by this upcoming weekend. We are also working towards installation of an HVAC system that will allow us to keep the restrooms climate controlled and open year-round. I also appreciate your feedback on your RoverPass experience.

Scott Carlton

Only stayed one night, but new management is eager to make the park a very clean and family friendly. Park is easy to navigate and move around in. My family and I will definitely be making more reservations at the Perryville Campground in the future.

Campground Response

Thank you very much Scott! I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed the park as much as we do. We are looking forward to seeing you again in the future!

Keith M Dixon

Nice park just off the interstate. A little road noise but not bad. We have a large FHU 50 amp and our friends face us in a buddy site with plenty of space between. Some full timers but neat clean park. Fishing pond, pool (not open yet this month though), 4 mile walking trail, very clean bath house, 3 washers and 3 dryers in very clean laundry room, friendly workers. Would return to tour more of the area. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Campground Response

Thank you for your review, Keith! We appreciate the feedback and are glad to hear about your stay with us. We look forward to seeing you again in the future, as we will be making continuous upgrades to the park (bounce pillow for the kids is first on the list)!
