Thank you for letting us adjust our stay due to the weather. Mr. Kevin was very helpful and friendly. We will be back:)

This is a wonderful park. Large sites that are very level. Wide gravel roads the pull through sites are easy to navigate. The pedestrian areas are nicely kept grass lawns. A great dog park! We really didn’t expect anything so nice. We were on the way to Red Bay for service. I would have liked staying here another few days to explore Florence and muscle Shoals and the surrounding area. The site is not that far from the Natchez Trace highway.

This was a nicely run and clean camp. It is right next to the highway so we expected the noise. It wasn’t bad for two nights but I was ready to leave after that. We have a 38 foot Class A. The turns in the camp are a tight for an RV of this length. The owners use very large stone to protect the grass. They should rethink the turns, maybe they can’t. Going in and out the trees could use trimming before the branches that tapped my 13’ tall RV cause damage to another’s RV. These are suggestions because really I would stop here again. The folks are nice and the grounds are well kept.

What a lovely, quite, well kept park. The owners are lovely, and very responsive! Wifi and cell service aren't great but there's putt putt and a great salt water pool in season, so just turn the devices off. There's a little noise if your close to the highway but nothing ear plugs or a white noise machine can't mend. We really liked this park and all the surrounding areas. You're minutes from Cathedral Caverns, and a short day trip from Chattanooga or Ruby Falls. If that's not your jam plenty of shopping in Huntsville, with a great park in Hampton Cove, or head the other direction to Scottsboro and hit up Unclaimed Baggage.

Restrooms closed, golf course unkempt, pool closed. Generally unsatisfactory

Campground Response

David, sorry your stay wasn't as expected. I realize it rained every day during your stay, it isn't a lot of fun camping in the rain. To address your comments, we have on our website that our bathrooms are closed due to the Pandemic. We are trying to be Responsible Campground Owners and want to protect our customers from any danger. The mini golf grass is a little high right now; however, we have had over 9" of Rain in the last 3 weeks due to the Hurricane that destroyed parts of Louisiana. It is difficult to cut grass in the rain. We decided that it was more important for the campsites to be mowed. I assure you, once the rains subside and the ground dries, the mini golf will look great! Last but not least, the pool. Our pool is open every year from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Since you camped after Labor Day, it was closed.

Nice little rv park. We enjoyed our stay, nice grass area for our pups. Only downfall is close to a major highway but not a huge deal. Would revisit if in area.

This is a great park with an awesome staff! Dawn went out of her way to help us get the site that would best accommodate our 45' MH and Ram 1500. We had a fabulous site that was actually longer than we needed for the MH and truck. It's a quiet little park and we met some nice people when we were checking in. There is a pool that was open, but we didn't use it. They also have a putt putt course. We only stayed one night but if we're in the area again, we'd definitely stay here.

The service here COULD NOT BE BEAT. The owners were just super. We had a few mishaps---that had nothing to do with the camp-- and they went above and beyond to help us find solutions. We had everything we needed. The park was clean and free of debris. It was quiet. We will stay again

This place is great. If you want a nice place to sit outside and take in the gorgeous scenery this is it. There is traffic noise but not bothersome and doesn't interfere with the view. Grounds are well kept, FHU sites are level and maintained. The owners are awesum and very welcoming. If you are passing through or visiting the area stop in.

A convenient full service RV Park close to US 72. We stopped for one night as planned and found the owner extremely accommodating. Parnell Creek RV Park was a good choice for our travels.

Awesome management and very well maintained/landscaped in a beautiful rural setting. Easy in/out. Convenient to nature attractions. The owners are super nice, friendly and accommodating. Great easy hook ups. The Log Cabin Store also owned by the same is well stocked and just a short distance away. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it is remote and aways to any shopping and dining and the Highway noise while minimal is noticeable during the day time but not so much at night. I will definitely consider staying there again next time I am in the area.

The park is small but clean, spots are very tight for pull thrus. The price was great. Wifi didn't work on our site. Verizon cell service very spotty. I called the office left message after hours ( 6:10) to ask about the wifi, no one returned my call. We setup in the pouring rain. I believe we where the last one checking in for the day because you didn't see anyone after that.

We realize that it’s the “ end of the season”, BUT. this camp is convenient off of the highway, it’s needs a “lot of love” everything looks old, worn out and a bit run down. Staff was very friendly and the camp was clean. It makes for a nice one night stay, but do not plan any more than that.

Campground Response

We pride ourselves in a clean pristine campground. We work very hard to keep things updated and looking good and put a tremendous amount of love into every inch of the park. Not sure what is "old, worn out and a bit run down". We are proud of our campground.

Easy access to set up and get back on the road. The park had all you need. Located close to road, so noise level wasn't as quite as some parks. The staff very pleasing and went out of their way to accommodate. Wifi and cell signal not great, but they had Direct tv hook ups.

This was our first outing in our new RV. Nice quiet RV Park where we had a great time with our daughter and her family. A good many full time residents. We had lot 39 which is 50 amp full service. It is on the end next to the Dog Walk. We were there to run the Conquer the Cave 5K Run, which was also great.

Wonderful staff. They met us after hours to make sure we were situated. Very friendly and helpful. There is some highway noise but it was not a problem for us. The park is clean and well cared for. I would definitely return. WiFi worked great for us.

The sites were long enough for our 40’ rig but left no room to park the truck. It’s ok for an overnight stay.

Campground Response

Sorry there wasn't enough room for the truck, the site you were in was 70 feet long and I thought that would accommodate the rig and the truck. If you stay again, I can put you a longer site. Hope everything else was good. Thanks for the review.
