We pride ourselves in a clean pristine campground. We work very hard to keep things updated and looking good and put a tremendous amount of love into every inch of the park. Not sure what is "old, worn out and a bit run down". We are proud of our campground.
Sorry there wasn't enough room for the truck, the site you were in was 70 feet long and I thought that would accommodate the rig and the truck. If you stay again, I can put you a longer site. Hope everything else was good. Thanks for the review.
Sorry your stay was not as expected. We have fiber internet through out the park. If you had a problem getting onto the internet, I wish you would have contacted me so that I could walk you through the steps and make sure you connected. Our laundry room is never closed or locked. We have 3 washers and 2 dryers for our guests to use. As for the shower house, we have clearly stated on our website that they are winterized and closed from November through March every year. We are in northern Alabama and temperatures fall below freezing quite often during these months and we have to protect our water lines. Once again, I wish you had contacted me about your issues, so that I could have addressed them and explained. Dawn
