I don't know why, but the whole park reminded me of the south and definitely had an old west feel which was super cool! The restaurant and park was very beautifully decorated, and the park itself had a layout that was easy for us to follow. One of the best parts was how many things there were to do nearby. We caught an astronomy lecture by Dennis Mammana and it was one of the best talks I've ever heard about stars and galaxies. We also went to the state park for some hiking; it's really dry out there, so don't forget to bring your water! We had a pleasant stay at the park itself. There was a complete offering of amenities, and even a hot tub which was surprisingly refreshing, even though the weather was blistering most days. We had a blast, will go again soon! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
