Best resort on the Oregon Coast! Right next to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Two heated pools, one indoor, one outdoor, sauna, jacuzzi, gym. 30 and 50 amp service. All of the lots are owned by individual owners so the amenities on the lots vary. This resort has a trails through the trees and one down to the beach. The beach trail is a bit strenuous but worth the walk. Pet friendly with two gated dog parks. The resort also has temporary parking for car haulers, boats etc.

We were treated horribly by an employee and left a day early. Don’t stay here! Find a more customer friendly park!

This is a class A or C upscale resort with upscale prices! It is quite pricey…$60 a night for the least expensive lots, and over $100 for the lots right on the ocean. We used to own a lot here, and we still have friends here. This is a beautiful resort…2 pools, nice clubhouse, friendly people, dog friendly, and right on the ocean. It used to be an Outdoor Resort, but the owners have bought out Outdoor Resort and own it now. They are selling lots at quite low prices. No, we are not buying again!! They have had problems with part of the resort closest to the ocean ‘falling off’. They are working to correct a all the problems resulting from that erosion, and the resort looks great. They have free cable and WiFi, and they do have social events from time to time. When the sun is shining this is one of the best places on the West Coast for summer. The temps are usually in the high 60’s to low 70’s. The main problem here is the weather….lots of rain and fog. We are fortunate that most of the time we have planned to be here the weather will be good. The work staff and the owners are so friendly. The owners will include visitors/guests in many activities. Newport, Oregon is a great town….lots of cute shops and great restaurants, but they also have a WalMart and 3 grocery stores….Safeway & FredMyers - If you want to be in this area and want to treat yourself, this is a good choice - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
