The Picacho Peak State Park is located in the beautiful town of Picaho, Arizona and is a great spot for a genuine outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of great trails for hiking, biking and ATV tours, as well as acres upon acres of land for wildlife viewing. When you visit, look out for various species of birds, coyotes, snakes and other animals. You can also look forward to fresh air and clear skies perfect for stargazing. Just outside of the campground lies a number of other attractions including the Casa Grande Ruins Monument, the Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch, Saguaro National Park, the International Wildlife museum and Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum.
