Small quaint campground and marina. Had a fantastic weekend parked right in front of the dock under a nice shade tree. Quiet relaxing and fun. So close to some great restaurants and book am airboat ride at the office or a fishing trip which we did and had a blast. Very small but was just what I needed for a weekend getaway.

Campground Response

I booked a year out. Called to cancel and they said they would kindly do so and refund my $904. However, no refund has occured and they won't return my messages. Beware.

We had a small but quiet spot. Right on the water, boat launch not far away. Clean well-maintained bathroom with shower. Laundry facilities were free. A little tight to back into as we were in the middle of three parking places. 50/30 amp converter supplied free. Helpful staff. Guided us into our spot and brought the converter plug.

Campground Response

Hey Valerie! Thank you so much for the kind words and four-star review!

Quiet and relaxing spot at the very end of a canal! Only 3 spots so not too much noise, foot traffic or actual traffic! Nice they had a one person bathroom and shower right next to camp spot and laundry on site too! A few boats went out each day; cool to see! Tree coverage was so nice over our site! Very much enjoyed our stay!!!!

Campground Response

Great spot right on the river. Catch an air boat tour at the marina. Restaurant within walking distance. 3 spots only with water and electric.

Very rural, undeveloped narrow two way road to get into and the sites are tricky to get into ot out of depending on your rig. 32 ft is probably the max. There are no real amenities, have 3 site and this is not a luxury resort by any stretch of the means BUT... I would absolutely return. It's on a secluded little key island, the spots are waterfront and it's fun to watch the fisherman's and airboat go by. It's a unique experience. You kind of feel like you are in Pirates of Caribbean ride. We liked it a lot.

Campground Response

Hey Ketson! This was a very well-written description of our location! We want this to be a one-of-a-kind experience for any guest that chooses to stay with us! We can't thank you enough for your kind words and four-star review!

Nice little camp site. Close to Crystal River and Homosassa. 3 RV sites and a couple rental cabins back in the corner of the marina. Restroom/shower and laundry 20 yards away. 50 or 30 amp power and fresh water hook ups. No gray or black water disposal on site but there is close by. Neighborhood like feeling with homes along the canals. Shady with a variety of bird activity. Easy in easy out. There was a class A motor home beside us who didn’t seem to have much problem. We have a 25’ travel trailer and had no problems maneuvering. Campsites are paved and pretty level. Only one negative complaint and it’s minor. There were a lot of leaves falling. Luckily we travel with a leaf blower and just blew them to clear our patio now and then. We did not need to level our trailer at all. Very enjoyable stay. Some activity with boats now and then because the marina offers fishing charters and airboat rides and load/depart from canal behind campsite. We enjoyed seeing them IDLE by on occasion. Not noisy at all. Half the time you don’t see or hear anything besides nature. We stayed Sunday-Wednesday. Road into marina is a few miles of well paved road. With views of wide open Florida countryside. Not a structure to be seen. Beautiful drive. The road ends at a small neighborhood and the marina. Close to all manatee locations like 3 sisters spring, kings bay, hunter springs park, homosassa springs etc. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Mark and I had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood. We felt like locals, living on the water. Great location: far enough away from noise, but close enough to see the area. Tight corners to pull in, but plenty of space once you're parked. The marina staff were very friendly and informative. They were especially helpful as we prepped for the incoming tropical storm. The free washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. Clean and convenient bathhouse. More hooks in the shower area would be a appreciated. *Don't forget to empty your grey/ black water before pulling in. Chassahowitzka River Campground has a dump site for $10.

Campground Response

Hey Marilyn, We're so happy to hear about your stay and appreciate the friendly advice to help us accommodate our guests. We can't thank you enough for the five-star review and hope to host you again soon for that "local" experience!

Gary and Company are the best hosts! Only 3 sites, all on the water. WiFi, Power and potable water were great, no sewer hook up or dump, but were told that going in, so we arrived empty. Bathroom, Laundry and shower was steps away. Can't wait to go back! (PS: Take the AirBoat ride!)

Campground Response

Gary is a phenomenal host, his biggest concerns are making sure that all his guests are comfortable and leave happy with an awesome experience and memories! The Ozello Keys family can't wait to have you back and looks forward to an airboat ride with you soon!

Ozello Keys Marina and RV was a great 2 night stay for us; no more than that was needed for us. We should have towed our boat, then a day or two more would have been great. My only complaint is that on the description they said they had a dump station.. but the do not. The bathrooms were clean /average... and the surrounding area was kept in decent condition: kind of" fisherman village" feel to it. The airboat rides were quite popular too.. there is an awesome restaurant about a 1/2 mile away.. we ate there both nights; great food. This rv location was a good stop, not too busy but I think it gets quite busy during scallop season. The hosts (i guess they were the hosts, they were in the marina shop) were very friendly.

Campground Response

Hey Renata, Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate the kind review and look forward to hosting you again soon!

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable of the waterways and accommodating. It was very convenient to have our boat in the water right outside our camper. Very nice to just hop in and take it to the springs for the day. We will be back
