this property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money , jewelry or valuables of any kind. Approve here to management to enter if needed at any time to check on heat , electricity , etc. No pets allowed.

RV PARK RULES

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR VISITATION TO, OR OCCUPANCY IN, THE RV PARK.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 8AM. NO LOUD NOISE OR ROWDY ACTIONS.

LIMIT OF 2 VEHICLES PER SITE EXCEPT FOR SPACES # 5, 7, 8, & 9

VEHICLE AND RV WASHING IS PROHIBITED.

ALL CARPETS ARE PROHIBITED ON ALL GRASSY AREAS.

ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH NO LONGER THAN 6', & MUST BE CLEANED UP AFTER. ONLY 2 APPROVED PETS ALLOWED.

DUMPSTER IS LOCATED ON NORTHEAST SIDE OF RV PARK, BEHIND CINDERBLOCK BUILDING.

NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND.

FIRES ARE ALLOWED IN ESTABLISHED FIRE PITS ONLY! FIRES MUST BE COMPLETELY EXTINGUISHED AFTER EACH USE.

Please note that there will be no water supply for 30 Amp sites between October 7th and April 7th.

Pet Policy

No aggressive breeds shall be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.

Area Tips

Oregon Trail is with in walking distance of City Park \ playground , Swimming pool, Food, Bowling, Cowboy Trail, Community Center. Fishing 9\10 of a mile.

We stopped here for a night during our roadtrip. We really enjoyed our stay! The couple who runs the RV park welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was easy to find and check in. They have very clean facilities with laundry, hot showers, a vending machine, etc. And an extra star for the two adorable labs who greeted me at the main office.

Small campground but perfect for a night or two. Tammy, the owner, was very friendly. Bathrooms, shower and laundry area neat & clean. Would stop here again if our travels take us this way!

Very very nice and clean. Super Hot water❣️ Quiet. We used the cabin and the set up and beds were comfortable. And a/c eorked wonderful for 110 degrees. Will definitely use again.

We could not have had a better stay here! Decent sized spots, plenty of room to navigate, full hookups all in great condition. Laundry/shower building was very nice, and a menu from the bowling alley across the street tempted us to enjoy pizza and wings. The owner shared with us fresh produce from her immense garden and her chickens looked great too. Would stay here any time, and I'd recommend this place to anyone traveling through.

This is a very nice RV Park. The owners are great people, very friendly. The public restrooms and showers where very clean, as was the park. They have a small sleeping cabin on the property that is very cute and also very clean. If we were ever to come back this way again we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful campground and owners! The campground is clean, restrooms and showers, and laundry are modern. The campground is close to the downtown and the Cowboy trail. The owners make your stay personable. Will stay again!!

Great little RV park. We stay here every time we come to Atkinson. Nice clean and updated facilities, right across the street from the big center. Reasonably priced and very nice staff. I don't have one single complaint.

Great park. I tent camped while riding Cowboy Trail. Well maintained, owners friendly and helpful, bath house was close to camp site and very clean. You can tell owners take a lot of pride in the property. Will stay here again.
