Very clean quiet campground. All the sites with a stone pad, picnic table. Water and sewer. Centrally located with a hour drive to Arches , canyon lands, Zion and Bryce parks. There are cabins also and a pavilion with gas and charcoal grills to use.

Everything was great, the thai restraunt was excellent, the showers/restrooms were great, the only bad thing were the ants.

Nice small RV Park, clean, bathroom and shower were clean. One washer and dryer, dryer was out of order. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Some spots have the utilities at front of site due to some remodel they have done, so you may need an extension cord and water hose. Overall we would stay again.

This was everything I could've asked for. I stayed in a cabin and it was perfect. The owners were also super nice to me. Easy temp control in the cabin, comfortable bed, fan, and a desk/chair. The only thing that would've made it better is a small bedside lamp. Will absolutely be back!

Great small rv park. The only one in Monticello I could find with a pull thru site. It was long enough that we didn’t have to unhook our tow vehicle. Very nice owner. I would definitely stay there again!

Great little campground. The new shower house was probably the best we've ever seen. Host was very nice and always available. Thanks

Very nice and peaceful. Jim was very accommodating to let us switch from a back-in RV spot to a pull-through.

I spent a week here at the end of May. The park is well organized, clean and close to many of this delightful town's amenities. I could walk to a very fine public golf course, the library, excellent restaurants, and an impressive network of hiking trails. The park is small but has a nice dog run and a reasonably priced laundry. I hope to get back here someday!

We were there in mid May the weather was still cold. The restrooms and showers were well heated and very clean. The hosts were very polite and helpful.

Jim, the Camp Operator was great! Knowing the weather was going to be poor for travel the day we were planning to depart, he offered to extend our stay by blocking out our site, even though the park was nearly full. He was informative, thorough, helpful and very personable. Just a great stay in some very poor weather!

This was our 2nd time at this park, & we (obviously) love it! Hosts Judi & Jim are the best! This smallish park is clean & comfortable, with great water pressure & easy-to-access sites. The showers & laundry room are clean & well maintained. The dog run is a little on the small side, but our pup loved being able to romp off-leash. It's an easy to walk to the 4 restaurants in town, & about an hour's drive to the entrances to 3 National Parks (Arches & Canyonlands near Moab & Mesa Verde near Cortez, CO). Three National Monuments (Hovenweep, Bears Ears, & Natural Bridges) are also within driving distance. Great park, great location, great hosts! We will return here!

Great little RV Park. It is under new ownership and they are making continual upgrades. The manager and his wife are great and are doing a great job of keeping up with the property. We stayed here for our visit to Arches National Park (1 hour drive) and Canyonlands (about 1 hour to South entrance and 1:15 hours to north entrance). The Tai restaurant next door has phenomenal food. We would definitely stay again if in that area.

Our stay was pleasant but we were not told when checking in that the WiFi was down. This was very disappointing as this would be the only time in a week of traveling that we could use the Internet.
