Mountain View Motel and Campground

585 Fort Street, Buffalo, WY, 82834

We are a small Buffalo Wyoming motel and campground in the city of Buffalo 5 blocks from Main Street Downtown. We have RV sites with 50 amp power. We have a shaded courtyard with a grill for guests to cook on. There is coin operated laundry here, and a shower house. We rent tipi's and have tent camping too. We also have a motel with log cabin rooms.

This campground is rather small, yet a very friendly motel and campground located in the heart of Buffalo Wyoming. The motel consists of classic 1920’s vintage log cabins that are finished in pine paneling and decorated in a western motif. There is a great array of sites and spaces to choose from that goes with many campers styles and has all the amenities you could need. There are a ton of fun activities to do here, like: biking, hiking, historic sightseeing, scenic drives, and so much more. The location is amazing as there are so many beautiful nature surrounding this park and a lot of great places to visit that is very close by. If you are looking for an older place to visit at a great cost that has everything you could ask for then this place could for you!

My family simply adored this place! The staff welcomed us like family and was very affable. There were so many different ways to camp here, yet since they had Teepees we had to stay in one for the duration we were there. There was all the amenities we could need and there were also so many fun and relaxing activities that really made our time. The location is beautiful as there are so many beautiful and majestic sights from all around the park. I could’ve walked all day throughout the trails and just taking in the stunning views. Overall this is a must stay as you get so much for such a great price. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
