Why? Dirty and rundown.Tap water has odor and intermittent black residue. Bottled water highly recommend. I was also offended by the noticable odor of human feces drifting outdoors here. Poor cell phone and tv reception. This mobile home park is also a poor place for the Christian, the educated, the worldly, the friendly and the African American. I found few genuine neighbors in possession of any wholesome traits while here. I am age 63, retired and had to move due to closed mindedness, racism, and language barriers.
