Beautiful little RV park and as the name states it has lots of shade...tons of pretty trees. The Llano River is literally right there next to you, so peaceful! The staff was very nice at check-in....we were over-nighters so not too much interaction with staff which is how we like it. The only drawback was the walking areas and spaces between the RVs was very muddy, it had obviously just rained. Some rock on the ground would make this park perfect!

Quick overnight stayed, but very impressed with the customer service and my experience at this location. Especially when I woke up to a lake view and took a walk. Clean facility, peaceful and love the goats :-)

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. We were very pleased with the quiet, family friendly atmosphere. It is a nice clean park. The only things we had trouble with was that our phones lost any type of service/signal and would not stay connected to the WiFi. That could be our phones of course. Some of the sites (ours included) are not level and are sort of on a hill so by the time we got our RV leveled, it was pretty high to reach the first step to get into our RV. I almost couldn't reach the door latch and our sewer connection was a few inches above ground so we had to work to clear the lines. Nothing horrible but maybe a couple things that could be improved on. We definitely will camp there again!!

Been going to Morgan Shady Park for 20+ years, best place we have found to relax and enjoy family time and friends. Sure miss Laverne Hardin not being there.

Beautiful place and extremely nice people.

Really nice people running the place but apparently they let groups not camping there access to the river. Made for a somewhat unpleasant swim. Also be prepared for some people not respecting camp ground etiquette by walking straight through your camp. Had to tell several to please go around.

Our second year to go to MSP and still a favorite! Georgia and staff are super friendly and always make sure we have what we need. Campsites are kept clean and neat. View is terrific and the Llano river is right out your door! It's perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc. Water level is same year round. A camping paradise right in middle of Junction but you'd never know any stores you need are 2 minutes away. Our only problem was we couldn't stay longer but we will be back!
