If the casino is offended oh well it really sucks! so come on in sucker! I really hope they read this and pay attention its bull s yes that bad!! I’m ashamed and embarrassed to have to make this truthful statement!! If you win over $300 run out the door really fast!!

That r v park is a big mess it looks horrible for the town they say they're going to keep fixing it and I don't see any improvements. Old trailers are around not good.

Super nice and friendly staff in the hotel lobby, which is where we had to check in, but not impressed with the rv park at all. About 90% of the occupants were living there full time and most of them were OLD broken down rigs with junk all around the outside of them. We saw one lady come out of her small motorhome with 5 dogs, and heard a few loud arguments from 2 different neighbors. Electric worked fine but sewer dump was literally a hole in the ground with a rock over it for a lid. If it’s going to serve as a homeless camp it should not be advertised for others to stay while traveling through. It’s not the poor folks that live there that I have a problem with. It’s clearly the best option that the can afford. God bless them. But being allowed to have junkyards outside their rigs, dog shit in the grass patches, and a filthy site for us with puddles of mystery goo in our parking strip was all gross

Casino was mostly empty. Sites were rut-filled asphalt, within feet of freeway. Check-in was at casino instead of RV office. More info was required than necessary - proof of insurance, copy of driver's license, etc. Will not be staying here again.

Never ever again. Went to check in they wanted my drivers license gave it to them then they photocopied it. In 50 plus years of Rv'ing have I have never been asked for our motorcoach insurance. I showed them the policy and they wanted to photocopy that. I refused to let them copy my insurance information. In this day and age of identity theft I did not feel comfortable leaving the information. Even after seeing the information that said it was corporate policy to photocopy. After speaking to 3 different people they refused to accommodate us. I told them they were not the only RV park in town and we left. I will make sure that we tell everyone about the awful experience we encountered.

Park needs a remodel and get the old trailers out. Makes it look like a dump. Way to much paperwork to get a spot.

Gravel parking lot!! No amenities for campers. She could have given us a spot with grass @ a picnic table since they were not full; instead we were crammed between 2 other trailers on gravel @ the edge of their lot!!!

It's a great place for a stopover night the campground was clean. We had no issues at all a great experience. I would recommend this Campground for a one-night stay

This RV Park is a parking lot. It has full Hook-ups and everything worked fine. They wanted copies of our driver's license and RV insurance which we didn't end up giving them. The pool was under refurbishment during our stay. We were only here one night. There is a Walmart very close and it is right off the highway.

The check in time was posted as flexible, but on arriving there were no directions on how to check in at the cabin. We stumbled around and found a very unhelpful staffer at the hotel front desk and got checked in. Spaces at short and a “big rig” drive thru has no shade or grass. Hookups are adequate but all grass pull thrus are barely long enough to fit my 26’ trailer, over nighters must unhook the pull vehicle and park it on the road at either end of you rv. A lot of full timers.

Front desk Alex was very helpful, but was overwhelmed with guests. Pave/ repave the parking area where site 8 is located.

Winnemucca, Nv is in the middle of nowhere, and the campsite was OK. However, my issue is with the check-in process. The young lady at the Hotel counter seems very upset to check us in. As it turns out, the campground staff (?) doesn't seem to share information with the hotel staff. Making these processes difficult. She had no idea how much I owed or which space I was to park our 5th wheel. I am not blaming the young lady at the counter, these all rest on the shoulders of the Manager of Model T Casino and RV Park. Not making this process easier for staff and guests. When I travel through here again it is highly unlikely I will choose the Model T Casino and RV Park.

Absolute fraud. I set a reservation for the 23rd and was told I would be texted if the reservation would be accepted. I could not reach anyone by phone or text to confirm my reservation so I did not stay at the RV Park. The next day, the 24th at nearly 5pm PST I got a message that my reservation was accepted and I was charged for 1 night stay. I want a refund and I would not recommend this place

Very disappointed. The spaces for 40 foot motorhomes are all gravel and dirt. There was no grass or picnic tables. It was like being in a dust bowl. They need grass areas for each motorhome to make it inviting so you can spend time outside

The employees were very friendly and wonderful. The RV Park is terrible. The website charged $7.50 to book the spot!!!! There was no mention of this fee except after I placed the booking. For a $30 spot this fee is outrageous! The park is dirty, not enclosed, a lot of the trees are gone and new baby trees are being added. Right across from our campsite was a homeless encampment. Not a pleasant stay at all!

Check in experience was a nightmare. The rv park building and lady in front of signage said go check to the hotel desk to checkin in. Lady at hotel desk told me I should’ve checked in at the RV park building. No signage to tell you where to enter the RV park so we had to go in three parking lots to find it. The overall experience was not good. The electrical hook up had exposed wires which were very dangerous.

The campground is acceptable. I see improvements being done. The restaurant opportunities are plentiful. The Casino is very nice. I give it only 2 stars because of a safety issue. I had site 18. When I went to plug in, I lifter the 30 amp cover and the outlet was just laying inside the box. It wasn't screwed in place - just laying there exposed wiring and all. May have been like that a while as the was what appeared to be a nest being built next to it. Using my electrical background I safely plugged in my plug but someone not so savvy may have made a fatal mistake. I reported the condition to management.
