No idea what the campground is like. Was going to book a site thru rover pass six weeks before arrival but the manager(?) of the campground said save myself the $8 and just text him two weeks before I wanted to arrive and he would hold a site for me if needed. Two weeks and one day before I wanted a site I text him, sorry they are completely full. Make sure and book a site no matter what you are told.

Campground Response

Who said we had no spots? If you talked to us, we would have saved 1 for you.

We stayed here twice on our cross country trip and really enjoyed it. Nothing much open in the little town but the sites are nice and grassy. All hookups were easy. Nights were very quiet. The park itself was a good place for children and dogs. We'll stay here again on our cross country trips.

Nice clean place. Sites are grass if it rains hard might get muddy. Trains are busy but not irritating. Not much of a town.

A very nice place to spend a night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice community park adjacent to the rv sites. Spots are adequate size, but not large. Adequate electric and water; free dump site. Freeway is a mile away, and you can here the trucks. Train tracks are on the other side of town; train noise was not loud. There are very limited amenities in Medina- only one gas station with very limited hours which only sold 87 octane gasoline. Overall a good place to stay en route
