It is probably one of the most disgusting parks I have ever seen. The language around the parks the element of trashy goings on not to.mention actually seeing a drug deal while we were leaving. This place should be shut down. The trailers are disgusting and torn up with junk all around them. I cancelled our membership with KOA to never have this place listed as a location. You should be ashamed of yourself! Taking pictures of a playground and some cottages but never show the trash around it!! Deplorable!!!

This is at least 90%, maybe 95% residential. Sites for residents are not kept up. Water between spaces make it difficult to go to fellow travelers sites if you are in a group. Lots of abandoned trash, old tires and run down buildings w broken down cars. Speed bumps throughout entry roads are excessive. The lake is open to public for $5 so a lot of different types of people here, a lot of people frequent here. Staff is friendly and has security on golf carts. Spaces are concrete but roads are too small. Two spaces across from us were empty so we had room to back in. If they were filled we would have had a very difficult time getting in. Definitely not a resort just because they have a pool and playground. We won't be back - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
