I stopped by here yesterday hoping to inquire about a spot for the summer. No one came to the office door at 1030am. Office curtain was open, but no lights on. Sign said they were open. Office looked very cluttered and I could smell cigarette smoke just standing at the door. Only a few sites are occupied. Only the front exit is open and garbage is stacked to overflowing on an open trailer, the grounds clearly haven't been taken care of. This place is in a beautiful setting, but no one around on a late Saturday morning? I say pass until this place gets cleaned up.

Campground Response

I sincerely apologize...we are currently replacing the carpet in the office we have gone to take the trash..we had a family emergency that's why there was not a sign. Please come check the place out again. Sincerely apologize again. CiCi Manager

The Lincoln RV Park is the best ! Lyle and Cici are the managers and caretakers of the RV park. You couldn't ask for better people. They care about their guests and go over and above to make sure your stay is great. We just loved our time there for 3 months. I recommend this park for a nice peaceful place to stay. Plus so close to boat launch!

Host was lovely to chat with during checkin and the campground is a nice quiet hidden away spot. Full hookups and had apple trees right in camp too. Absolutely amazing scenery and nice access to the lake side at two locations close to camp. Only thing that needs better attention is trash has no real place to put it when we were there, but the hosts do take it from where we were told to put it pretty quickly and take it away. Public washroom building is pretty impressive and pretty clean to use, BUT toilet paper seems to be in a shortage most days.

Best part is the location - somewhat centrally located for access to all waterways of the lake. Boat launch is nearby. Campground is nicely maintained and they have ice available for purchase. Limited parking for boat or extra vehicles is the only downfall.

The RV Park is close tot he boat launch, which is very convenient. I would suggest that it might be helpful to be able to pick your space ahead of time, we have a 43 foot trailer and there were probably more accessible places to park than where we ended up. Very nice and helpful man watching over the park.

The owners were super nice. The rv park is quiet and very clean. Short walk to the river and it’s very beautiful. Definitely will stay there again.

The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The trailers and parking spots all seemed to be in good repair. The grass is green. Other than a few mosquitoes after dark, I didn't see a single nuisance bug. Only reason to not give 5 stars is that the bathroom/shower cleanliness is highly suspect.

Didn’t end up staying because it was very sketchy. Don’t recommend unless you are looking for a trailer park. VERY overpriced.

This was a terrible experience for us. We arrived and the campground looks nothing like the web site. Dusty, dirty and crowded! There were so many cars and boats parked on the roads we couldn't even get our RV into the site. Why would you allow people to park their boats and cars on the road when you know people will be backing in? We ended up having to leave. We wanted to talk to the proprieter, but she was still asleep at 1:30 in the afternoon. The office just REEKD of cigarette smoke and the person helping us just disappeared. It felt very unsafe there as well. I wouldn't have been comfortable leaving my rig. I've since left 2 messages for CC the owner to call me back, but I haven't heard a peep. Stay FAR away from this one.

Campground Response

I'm sorry I was asleep I was trying to get rid of a migraine, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience, my husband did offer to help you back in. He should have got me up to resolve this and I sincerely apologize.

The campground host was very nice and the campground was clean and neat but the water was not as close as advertised. We were disappointed so we left early and will not return.

We had a great time. The people in the office were very kind. The grounds were well maintained. Was surprised there were no picnic tables.

Campsite is nice. Very hard to back in with if you have a rig over 30ft because of the setup of the property and they let people do whatever (block access to spots with boat etc). Nice older gentleman had to park our rig. Never told us or offered the Wi-fi so u have also dead cell reception without that. Never told us anything where to dump garbage etc. I found out when I left. Made it hard for me because I was working. Didn’t know we were coming. When making reservations had to email two days later to get confirmation.

It’s clean and quiet. Never meet the people who own it. We were meet by the nice maintenance guy. He showed us where to go and was very nice. The trailer between us and our other family’s trailer was smelled like sewage. The sewer was not hooked up and was leaking on to the ground. Our family couldn’t sit outside there trailer at all. They spent all there time at ours. We also if the wind blow just right would smell this trailer. Don’t get put next to lot 20 if you don’t want to smell that nasty sewerage..

Campground Response

I'm so sorry about the smell, I was not aware of it until now so thankyou for letting me know. That trailor is about to be removed from the premises in a week or so. Hopefully you will return and you will have a better vacation.

Very small site, only 30 amp service, not make for big rigs, it’s really a trailer park
