Rules

CAMPSITE RULES

Register with camp attendant & display camping permit on motor vehicle. One car permitted per campsite. Camping permitted on designated sites, & fires in rings only. No flammable liquids! Campsite must be cleaned daily & bagged waste deposited in trash containers. Please drop aluminum cans and metal in recycle bin across from main bath house. All vehicles/RV trailers must carry and have proof of liability insurance. Children 10 yrs. or younger must be supervised at all times in the bath houses, beach, near lakes, & in all camp areas. All children under 18 must be on their lot by 10:00 pm unless accompanied by an adult. No bike riding after dark. Firewood is sold at the store, and you may collect branches from the ground or brush piles. Do no break branches from trees, chop down trees, tie ropes, or put nails in trees. This is a Felony offense for destruction of property. All gray water should be properly disposed of at the dump station, or scheduled for pump out by the campground. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your campsite. No drinking and driving permitted. No Fireworks permitted on the campgrounds at any time. This violation is expulsion from the campground.

FISHING REGULATIONS

Do not keep bass until after Memorial Day Weekend. (Spawning) Bass must be 12” or longer- limit of 4 per day per person to keep. Bluegills- limit 20 per day of good sized-please throw back under 5” No night fishing, frog gigging or night boating-insurance regulations apply No trespassing on others sites to fish off shoreline. Please respect others space. Please dispose of fishing line, worm cups, etc. in proper trash receptacle. (Do not leave trash on lake banks)

SWIMMING RULES

All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets on beach area (which includes the grassy area near sand) No boats in swimming area (rubber or otherwise) No glass bottles, sand or stone throwing, pushing, dunking or roughness No swimming outside the ropes No fishing in beach area

GUESTS & VISITORS

All overnight guests and visitors must check in before entering the campgrounds. (Fees apply) All guests & visitors must abide by all the campground rules and regulations. Visiting hours are 8:00 am – 11:00 pm. (after this hour undue noise, activity or unsupervised children will not be tolerated. Any visitor coming in after 10:00 pm will be charged and overnight fee.

VEHICLE & GOLF CART RULES

All golf carts must carry liability insurance & drivers must have a valid state issued driver’s license. All Golf cart owners and their guests will be held liable for any property, bodily damaged or disturbances. Golf carts must be in good working order with working front headlights, 2 back lights or reflectors, working brakes, proper steering, and baffled mufflers. No unnecessary driving of cars or golf carts in camp. All motor vehicles are required to be on their lot by 11:00 pm. Each passenger must an individual seat which keeps arms and legs inside cart. All rear seats must be equipped with seat belts & children must be belted in the seat. All vehicles/RV trailers & Golf carts must carry and have proof of liability insurance. No racing, reckless, or off road driving in restricted wooded areas. No drinking & driving permitted. No ATV’s permitted. There is a 10 mph speed limit in the campgrounds & all vehicles are required to be on their lots by 11:00pm. Please be cautious of people walking on the roads.

Pet Restrictions

All must be registered at check in. Only two dogs per site & no aggressive dogs permitted. All pets must be leashed, attended to, & cleaned up after at all times. There is a state leash law in Ohio. NO EXOTIC ANIMALS ALLOWED ON THE CAMPGROUND!

doubled the price and nothing for adults. Dirty and lakes are green fish are small Alot of empty sites That alone tells the story. If you go by the front its a false picture. Managers are snobs.Check out Long Lake .Same price and 5 star Much more for your money .The new owners at Lake Wapusun LOL RESORT thats a joke no pool over charge for what you get on a bad day you get the smell from the cows at the farm Read more Date of stay: October 2022

This 2020 season was our first experience. We purchased our space and have extended to the next season. Mark and Lisa are perfect hosts and assist in every way to insure a good stay. We look forward to our camping here and using it as a base to explore the adjacent area.
