Good place to spend the night which is what we were looking for. No nonsense, no frills, comfortable and safe.

Easy access and easy to get set up. Staff was very responsive when our 50 amp wasn’t working. We were in business in no time. Nothing fancy here, but accessible and functional.

Although it was inexpensive, the site was large and no fuss. You pick any empty site. Location was nice because close to grocery and walking distance to a McDonalds. No services like wifi or showers, but knew that going in.

Basic elect, water, and sewer. Gravel parking lot in business district. Quiet, appears safe and priced right for an overnight parking place.

We found the park but couldn’t see where to check in. The phone number was disconnected. We had to find another RV park. We should not have to pay for this.

This park may be more for monthly stay than over night stays, however I would be very glad in our travels to come into such an easy spot to park with full electric, water and sewer. Also, it has a Pizza Hut and nice grocery store within walking distance both open to at least 8 p.m. We are currently parked her for the third time in six years.

This site worked well, 50 amp power, water and sewer hookups. Trash as well. Grocery store close by. Site was as expected and was easy to park and get in and out of. Will definitely revisit !

Not so much as a sign indicating that it was an RV stop- if you look hard along the back fence there were some electrical boxes. A couple leaving the adjacent storage bldg told us to call the owner, which we did to ensure we were in the right spot. Not so much as a blade of grass. Just a hidden away, gravel lot in an industrial type setting. Wife thought it looked too dangerous. We found other, nearby spots at the city park. Very nice.

Campground Response

Sorry you didn’t like the spot we reserved for you. All in all it’s a nice safe place to stay … no frills, quiet, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Guess we aren’t your kind of place - no big deal. Hope you have a safe trip.

This "campground" is actually a "parking space" tucked back into an industrial/storage facility area. Definitely off the beaten path. It was a 100% gravel lot, no trees, no grass, nada. If you were a fugitive wanting to lay low and maintain a low profile, and had a camper, this is the place for you. It looked so isolated and empty that we moved on.

I previously reviewed this site and my comments about amenities were accurate, however, since that review Kingman RV Park and Rover have updated the site with accurate information. It seems there was a disconnect between those involved in the web site. They responded to my concerns, corrected those concerns and as a gesture of apology my fees were refunded 100%. I give them an A+ for how this was handled.

WOW, what a disappointment this place was!. Advertised amenities included fire rings, picnic tables, shower and laundry facilities. Not even one of those was present. Big open field with rock surface. Some grass (?) areas to walk the dogs but packed with goat head stickers. Very painful for our pets. Don't believe what you read! Wish I could leave zero stars
