Rules

Guest Consideration

Quiet time is 10 pm so please be a considerate neighbor. Any use of fowl language, disorderly conduct, drunkenness, and/or any illegal activities will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Any damage to our property requires your insurance information.

Vehicle Restrictions

One RV or tent per site and one vehicle per site. Sorry, we have no overflow parking.

Cancellation Policy

In most cases you are not charged until arrival with as little as a 48 hour cancellation notice with no charge. During special events we may ask a 72 hour cancellation notice and if a deposit is required it is non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out

Check in time is 12 noon, please, no early check in's. We are a gated facility but late check in's can be arranged up to 10 pm. Check out time is 12 noon, late check out is $5 per hour for every hour after 12 noon and must be approved ahead of time. Thank you.

Pet Rules

Only walk your pet by your site or in the front of the park, near the sign where we have a pet station. Do Not walk them in the back or in other sites and you must pick up after your pets. Pets can not be left outside unattended and must be leashed at all times.

Good distance from downtown, easy interstate access. Spaces are small, not much separation between spots. Lots of feral cats. Bathrooms were decent. Unfortunately I had hoped the "concierge" service they advertised would have been helpful. Maybe I just knocked on the door at the wrong time, even though it was clearly during business hours around 9:30 am. The male owner standing in front of office door looking quite bothered, it was like I was an unwanted solicited at his private residence and not knocking on the business office door as a guest of the park. I had hoped to get some good info on downtown, parking, sights but he was short and unhelpful. He was annoyed with me so I quickly grabbed maps and got out of his way. Don't expect much from him. The female owner was kind and said she could offer us assistance when we first arrived. Maybe try to get her help instead. Not theRV parks fault but the guest next to us dumbed some black waste on the ground. At that point we were ready to leave.

My family had a very lovely time here. The staff was very affable and accommodating for a lot of our needs. There were a lot of great sites to choose from that were adequately spaced apart. They had a ton of great amenities that were more than what we needed! The pool and spa they had were really relaxing and calming. Everything in the park was nicely maintained, especially the utilities! (That’s always big in my book). The location was perfect as it was so close to so many great places to shop and eat. This is a very nice park. You are apx 6 miles from the French Quarter but they offer shuttle service to and from for half the cost of a taxi. Jude is also priced very reasonable (much cheaper than staying downtown) The owners are on site and very helpful. The park is gated so no worries about security.
