Much the same as our previous stays. Didn't have to unhitch the trailer, nice and quiet, and a solid Wi-Fi connection for the laptop. One small difference. Required to sign a document absolving the park of any mishaps. To get the paperwork, "Check at Site 56." I walk with a cane, at best about one mile per hour, with pauses. It took a while. Angie, Camp Host, did come by the site next morning and collected the signed paperwork. We're both in our 80's. Don't know how much longer we can continue with the trailer. If we can, we'll be back.

Very Friendly and accomodating staff and Owner...Beautiful, clean. quiet park with large and shady sites! Love staying here. Favorite park when we need to plug in

Keith Jahn

Great place , Owner is working hard to upgrade this park . It will soon be the nicest in Salome .

Linda Shadel

We understand this is a new park. However, we felt there should at least be wifi services and if not, the guests need to be told this ahead of time. We had to purchase a portable wifi in order to use our tablets and laptops. There was a note in the handout we received that there was only one place wifi is available but we found that using it wasn't convenient. It would be nice if there was a drop box or someone in the office when it was time to pay our electrical bills. The other thing I'd like to comment on is that the gravel used to cover the grounds is large and made it difficult to walk around for us and our dog. And when fresh gravel was spread, many of the pieces were larger than the ones already there. The park is not a pleasant place to take a walk. But, if campers are looking for a clean, quiet experience, Indian Hills is the place. Thank you.

Campground Response

Linda, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Indian Hills RV Resort. We appreciate your honest feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced during your stay. We understand your concerns regarding the limited Wi-Fi availability and will work towards improving the connectivity throughout the park. We will also ensure that future guests are made aware of this in advance. We are pleased that you found our park clean and quiet, and we hope to welcome you back in the future as we work to improve our services based on your valuable input. Thank you once again for choosing Indian Hills RV Resort and for sharing your experience with us.

Kirk Nordlund

Too many political signs allowed. Bunch of rednecks!

Campground Response

Hi Nils, We can assure you that whatever political sign you saw, it was not in a common area of our resort, as we are completely unbiased and don’t take a stand politically. We support our fellow Americans on both sides of the aisle. Political signs like bumper stickers, flags, t-shirts, etc. on one’s self or personal property is protected speech under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Unless offensive, we will never interfere on someone’s protected right to express themselves.

I’m new to the Indian Hills community but couldn’t be happier with Spencer’s professionalism and attentiveness. Looking forward to the best kept secret in Salome and all the rv resort has to offer. I plan to be a regular

Campground Response

Rare find …. Quiet, Clean, spacious, very nice common areas and amenities (laundry, club room, restrooms and shower). We actually reviewed all the campgrounds from Quartzite to Parker. Nothing compares!!!

Nanette Madden

The way an rv park should be. Large sites, this park is not like others, people packed in like sardines just to make more money. The owner was thinking of the RVers not the dollar bill. Quiet, clean would stay again.

Curt Chapman

I found my Jan/Feb 2023 stay to be most enjoyable. In the midst of significant renovation and expansion under new ownership, reviews from even a year ago won’t reflect current (and future) conditions. RV spots are quite large with mature vegetation, nice new community room, bathrooms and laundry facilities, and staff who were very friendly and helpful. The rural setting is peaceful, yet in close proximity to the small town of Salome with convenient services. I certainly recommend Indian Hills and plan to return in the future to see how the ambitious redevelopment plans have unfolded.

Denny Gregory

Lot sizes are very large. Very quiet and peaceful. New owner has made numerous improvements and more sites are now being developed. Highly recommend!

Terry Hindle

I recently spent 4 months at Indian Hills and had a great experience! During my stay many improvements were made, and with more coming soon, I'm looking forward to many future stays!!!

Joseph Forte

Wonderful clean place was able to cover my overnight accommodations with no problem I will defiantly come back for another stay.

Linda Shadel

We're here until April 7th. So far we have no complaints. Clean, quiet...all is well. Park is new and having wifi would be nice but I'm sure that's in their future plans.

William Gillett

Very nice park. Owner was very accommodating when we had to change reservation for medical complications to our planned stay.

Aleta Nahale

I absolutely loved my stay at Indian hills RV Park! I stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every moment the laundry facilities were such a convenience! Everything at the Park is new and so clean everyone was so friendly the Compost/Angie made my check in easy my stay even more memorable, check in was easy and she was so helpful:) I’d recommend this Park to anyone who comes to Salome looking for a great stay it’s a must! Thank you Spencer Dela Cruz/owner you’ve made a five star stay for me and as you know I’ve already booked a return!

Melinda Mazna
