Huntington / Fox Fire KOA

Small easy access KOA near off I-64 near exit 20. Coming from the east, I highly recommend exiting I-64 at exit 20, South one block to state route 60. Turn left or east and travel 5 miles. Turn left onto Fox Fire Road. (Do not wait to turn at the KOA sign, it is past the turn) Ignore Fox Fire Resort 'for sale' and 'closed for the season" signs. Proceed one-half mile to campground entrance. If you follow their westbound directions, be prepared for a tight switch-back turn off route 60. We made it just fine in a 38 foot Class A towing a small trailer. Sites are tight but easy to get in and out. Our site was a little low in the front. Paid $41.02 after KOA Value Card discount.
