Howard Lake Campground

Overview

The Howard Lake Campground is located at the Kootenai National Forest. Campers can look forward to hiking the gorgeous paths and mountain ranges, and trails for mountain biking. Keep your eyes peeled as you explore your way through the fir and pine trees for moose, elk, bald eagles and deer; they're curious and normally friendly! Fishing and other water activities are also popular, so look forward to cruising, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking. 

Amenities at the park include: picnic tables, fire rings, grills and toilets. With so much fresh air and wide, open land for exploring, this is certainly the place to stay for your next Montana adventure!
