Horne Lake RV Park is located in the beautiful Florida town of Yulee, and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing southern escape. Campers can look forward to wide open spaces for nature walks, picnicking, sunset viewing and stargazing, and the sites are in a relatively remote location, so get ready for plenty of peace and quiet coupled with hospitable staff members. The area is also known for excellent bass fishing on the lake. Amenities on site include: paved sites, 30/50 amp hookups, pull thrus, WIFI, a heated pool, game room, RV storage, laundry facilities, horseshoes, a playground, restrooms and showers. Hope to see you soon for your next Florida camping trip!

You can purchase your lortab and stuff from groundskeeper.. if you “owe money “ they take your camper and everything in it and go through it all. If you die they do the same thing before family comes. Maintenance like electrical is not done by licensed contractors or electrical contractors. They hate children and have drunk people everywhere. If you want a good time come here…

Campground Response

WE have children in the park and happy to have them we do have aelectrical contractor on site

I lived therefor a few months. It was wonderful! I loved the poll and the pool room. The people that lived there were great. Ken and miss Jean were great running the place. Elwin Horne the owner is nice! I would recommend this park to others! Catherine Beakley.

Very run down. Lots of permanent campers who don’t pick up. The new managers tried hard and were friendly. Needs lots of care.

No internet. No heated pool as advertised. No playground as advertised. Rundown and not maintained. Was not able to get cable as it was run from the lot I rented to the lot next to mine. Poor management. I would have done better to have gone to the KOA the next exit up.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for stop-over as it is close to I95. We’ll be back!

I stayed here for 2 nights while honeymooning and loved it! My husband and I love camping and we were trying to stay at as many parks as we could within 2 weeks, and this one was our favorite. It was quiet and had a nice easy-going vibe to it. We especially loved the owner Ken, and he was really nice to us when we had some issues with our water hookup. The sites are clean and neat, and other than a small issue with the water, everything worked super well. We ended up fishing at the lake for most of the time and it was always nice to go back to the park. Hopefully we'll be able to visit on every anniversary!

Campground Response

Thank you so much for your feedback, Davina. I'm glad you stayed on your honeymoon and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
