Yes abundant rats and mice and Roaches. Lots of tree roots sticks out of the ground. Very dangerous. I have fallen at least 10 times. Have witnesses. Many people with kids thrown out. Disabled people too. If management doesn't like you goodbye to you. Manager P.S. is a nasty person. Has no respect for anyone. I have been here for 13 years. I am 75. No problem s. Being kicked out because my cats have been able to run free all these years. So when I open the door they rush past me. So I have to chase them down. I have a hard time doing that as I have fake knees. And always falling over the tree roots doesn't help. I give the new owner and manager a minus100. Property mainte came to my lot and pulled out my electric cord an thretind me. Do you want to be here?

Place sucks. Green pool. Nasty office staff. If. Your cat or dog gets free your evicted.. If management doesn't like you goodbye.

Very nasty management. Lies to your face. Get told to leave for no reason even though you just paid to stay a month. No refunds. They have a rodent infestation. Smells bad if in first few rows becuase of effluent ponds on property. Would of left photos of rat walking around in broad daylight.
