I stayed here. It's a Passport America campground, but the only part of it that could be called a “resort” is the strip of a few sites along the river. Most of the campground is inhabited by old mobile homes or trailers that most likely don't move. Nothing wrong with that, it is typical sometimes of Passport America camps. They charge $5 extra if you want a pull-thru (which I declined). They charge $5 for every day after the first for utilities fee. I took a shower the first day in their restroom – I had the hot water on full and it was basically ambient temperature. I did a load of laundry and had the machine set to hot water – it wouldn't work after I put my money in. Then I tried a different setting, cold water – it worked. It's in the same building as the showers, so why would I think they had hot water? The utilities are set in a slab that will serve 4 sites. That means that in every other site you would have to put your sewer, water and electric under your unit to get to the utilities. I'm sure it was cheaper for them to put it in like this, but it sure is not convenient for an Rver. I'm not impressed with this park or their facilities, and would be very unhappy if I paid full price. It was bad enough that I paid $37 for two nights. I've been in better campgrounds for less money. They also state in the PA book that there's a Pub on site for beer/food - it was still season when I was here and it wasn't open. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
