Easy on/off I55. The office was closed(3:30)and no envelope left for us.(We had reservations) Called phone # and they assigned us a spot. Dump station has no water hose. Several resident trailers. Clean private showers but needs new shower curtains (moldy)

We only stayed 1 night passing through, but, lots are level and long enough for our 42' 5th wheel with a F450 and a jeep to park. Park manager/owner? was a sweetheart when we touched base to check in and was incredibly polite ! You can tell she appreciates her travelers and full timers ! This spot is a permant spot for our travel network.

Nice rates, clean park. I have only stayed there over night a couple of times.

Absolutely loved this place. Quick and easy after hours check-in...a little noisy but that's the tradeoff for ease of access. Can't wait to visit again!

We had an overnight stay passing through. The park was clean and easy to get to. They also have a laundromat. We were on a 50amp full hookup pull thru and had no issues.

Clean camp ground. Clean restrooms. Pretty noisy being right next to the interstate so bring your earplugs. I was disappointed that there were no fire rings at the campsite.

Had to go through three boxes to find my registration. no employees in sight got there at 2 pm office closed never did open

Campground Response

So sorry that you had to go to 3 boxes. You should have received a message once your reservation was confirmed on how to check in. It is all located in the box at the front door of the office. Our office is closed thru the slow season of travel & COVID is really bad in our area right now so we have shut the front office down. Feel free to call the number on the office window if you decide to stop again & we will kindly assist you thru it all. Safe travels! :)

Stayed on 8/6/2021 for one night. The host was great providing the info on the site and did not have any problems. Put site was a pull thru and all hook ups. Easy to maneuver and very quiet. We arrived late when it was dark, but did not have any problems setting for the night. Definitely will stay there on our next trip.

Stopped for one night June 26, 2021. Easy to get to off the interstate. Nice clean quiet park. Easy pull through site and did not have to unhook tow car. Host very friendly. Nice showers and restrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Good for an overnight. Pull thru, but barely long enough for 43ft 5th wheel. Had to unhitch and hard to find room for truck. Power solid and good water pressure.

Loved it. A sweet family runs this park and they keep it very neat. We just needed a safe, clean spot and Brootheel's was a lot more. We really enjoyed it.

We arrived at the camp after 9 hours of driving, looking forward to being able to relax for the night. I knew from reading other reviews that the office wouldn't be staffed this time of year, so I got my reservation info out of the after hours box. On the envelope was a hand written note saying to NOT connect to the water. No other explanation given. Given it was late December, I could understand not wanting us to connect if it was going to be below freezing at any time. However, it was not forecasted to be. Not knowing the reason behind their request, I did not connect. Luckily we had put some water in our tank before leaving our previous campground. Still, I paid for full hook up, but wasn't allowed to utilize the full hook up. Secondly, the map they provided was terrible. Worst one I've seen. Third, we picked this location for an overnight stop because nearly all sites were pull through and I was confident I would get one there. The site was barely long enough for my RV with toad (Ford C-Max) attached. Walking my dog the next morning, I saw that all of the pull through sites were pretty short. I go to connect electric and sewer only to find out all the connections were at the far end of the site. My 25' power cord BARELY reached the box. I didn't bother even trying my sewer hose because I knew it wouldn't reach. Before we left the next day, I backed up so my sewer hose could reach the hook up and emptied the tanks. The car was sticking out in the road. Luckily no one came through for those few minutes. Also on my walk with my dog, I noticed a pile of junk on site. It looked like remodeling trash. It also looked like the owners use the campground to store a lot of their personal stuff, like utility trailers and such. It made the place look junky. Bathrooms were decent. I didn't check out any other facilities. In general, I'm not likely to stay again, especially if I have a toad.
