The staff was very friendly, however friendly doesn't work when you are in a very noisy campground. This campground was suppose to have space for big rigs and pull-thru sites. They did take us to our site but I think they need to do that since it would be very difficult to find our site otherwise. They got us positioned in our site but it was right next to the basketball court. Kids were coming into our site up to our picnic table while we were eating to retrieve their basketball. At night (11:00 p.m.) it was the gathering place where the teenagers hung out and talked very loudly. The set up for the hookups was very odd. All the hookups were at the front of our 5th wheel, not at the back. We luckily had enough sewer line but our electric was way too short. We had to hook up and inch forward until we could plug in. We asked the office how we were to get out. They said for us to leave through the entrance. When we were ready to leave, we realized our "pull thru" was anything but. We had to back up, remove a bunch of logs along the side and get out that way. Why? There were droopy electrical lines right over the rig. If we had gone forward, we would've snagged the lines. We are only 38 feet long so if you have a smaller RV, you can fit in the sites fairly easy. The RV next to us looked like it was pretty permanent; there were signs throughout the campground that if you were interested in purchasing a RV that was in the campground, to see the office. We liked the location of the camp because we were visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park but that is it. We will not be going back to this campground. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
