RV Sites

For monthly reservations, electricity is not included. You will get sub-metered electric. Payment refundable with only a $50 processing fee if cancellation is noted 30 days prior to check in. Non- refundable thereafter. If you will be a little late for your check in please call, email or text the management so we may accommodate you. If you need to make a modification to your reservation we will do our best to help you, we simply cannot promise to accommodate. Payment for monthly rentals is due the first of the month. There is a $50 deposit for the sub-metered electric on or before check in. Please read Guest Agreement for late fees and insufficient check fees. Stays range from 3 days min. to six months maximum. TOT and TMD (11%) taxes apply on all stays 29 nights or less.
