Overview

The Grand Canyon/North Rim Campground is located at Jacob Lake, Arizona and is a great spot for the outdoor enthusiast. Campers can look forward to winter sports like snow shoeing, cross country skiing, sledding and even backpacking through the snow. There's also plenty of space and shade under the park's army of ponderosa pine trees for relaxing, group activities or just picnicking before a hike or mountain biking expedition. The staff are known to be very friendly and helpful, so be sure to use them as a resource as you explore the Grand Canyon and its surrounding regions.
