Stayed September 2024, site #54. Cleanest campground we have ever been to! We stayed at the East campground with full hookups. The campsites were spacious and the grass was nicely cut. The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I have seen at any campground we have stayed at and although I don’t remember his name, the camp host was very attentive to making sure we didn’t need anything! If we ever make it back to the area, we will definitely stay here again! If you’re looking to stay near Omaha, Nebraska, but want that in the country type feel, definitely check this place out! The only thing I would say was lacking was a dog park, but there was a nice place to walk your dog and maybe a few more trash dispensers. Also if you are on the campsites closest to the lake in order to get to the bathrooms you have to walk all the way down to the end of the row and come back. It would be nice to have a walk-through. We did walk through campsites that weren’t being used but we definitely would not do that if someone was camped in that spot. We didn’t stay on the west side, but we did drive-through there and it was very well kept also!

We stayed at Lake Cunningham East C. It’s a great place to camp! Concrete interior roads as well as very large concrete pads. Lots of space between campsites. Sites are full hook up. Host was pleasant and helpful. Nice walking path around the park. All new amenities like bath house, concessions, concrete, electric, water and sewer. I would definitely camp here again!

The campground was beautiful! Everything immaculate. Landscaping-each site had plenty of room and grass! Cement pad that went the whole length of our trailer and truck. Bike trail was excellent!! I highly recommend this campground for your stay! Easy on and off the highway/interstate. Showers: timed shower, push button, shower head not great, took a long time for water to get hot. Take doggy bags as they do not provide any at this park.

We really enjoyed Lake Cunningham Campground. The grounds are very well taken care of and bathroom and showers very clean. Great walking paths and bike trail around the lake. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is an electric only campsites circle and a full hook-up circle. We camped in a 40 Ft. A-Class RV, full hook-up. We plan to return to Lake Cunningham again.

We stayed at the East C campground with full hookups for a week. The campsites were clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space between campers. The bathroom/showers were kept clean and well stocked. The campground was well managed by camp hosts. It was quiet at night with no issues with noisy campers. We felt the cost per night was reasonable. Compared with other campgrounds we’ve stayed at we would rate our stay here in the top 10! Great job Omaha!

Great campground! This will be added to our list of favorites to visit each yr. It is a beautiful lake with a well maintained campground and a nice walking/biking trail. There is a great deal of foot traffic around the trail and area, so we were happy to see there was security staff on site.

The site and bathrooms were clean and spacious. There were trails, disc golf and the lake to keep you busy. Close to many breweries, restaurants and shops to explore. A well done project for the city! Nice that they kept some of the existing forest canopy and planted many new trees to blend in. The camp host even helped us out by putting our solar panel back into the sun when we were out for the day. Thanks Ed!
