yes, we have a 10 year rule. RV's older than 10 years accepted with management approval.
2. Cancellations for death or medical emergencies may be available on a case to case basis AND only for immediate family (father, mother, son, daughter).
>Appropriate papers (death certificates, hospital verifications, etc.) must be supplied upon request.
>NO refund will be given without Manager’s approval.
>ALL refunds will be paid in the form of a check. It takes approximately 30 days for the customer to receive a refund check.
