Fresno Mobile Home & RV Park

This is a great place to come and stay at for a while or the night. We were there for the night but we had a very memorable stay we want to go back for longer. The staff was so friendly and accommodating in all of our needs. The park itself had a mix of sites that would please any kind of camper. They had all the amenities and activities that made the whole trip complete. I personally liked the location of this place as there were so many beautiful sights to see. N Hughes Ave. 93728. This is a small pk, about 60 sites ½ Mobile homes & ½ RV sites, RV sites are decent size, park on gravel each site has lg. patio, roads are blacktop, a lot of people living here yr around. The park is very clean, office mgr friendly, people around here friendly, it is in a decent neighborhood near stores, hosp., easy access to Hwy 99. Lots of trees & shade, nice pool, nice laundry room, no cable but we did get lotts of stations with the antenna. They do have WIFI but where we were in back of pk it did not work well because of trees. I asked mgr about it he said it works good when trees have no leaves but with all the trees being full WIFI sometimes doesn’t work good everywhere. He did tell us that owner is in process of upgrading/redoing WIFI & should have new system done soon. Daily rate is $40., wkly $185., mo. $425. + elec.; they do give the G.S. 10% disc., & the Escapees 15% disc. We will be staying a month to follow up w/Dr on emergency surgery.
