Fact is there are no amenities other than a fish cleaning sink and shower by the ocean to wash off sand and WiFi. If you are looking for a resort type campground do not book here. But if you are looking for beach access and beautiful views (from some sites) then this is the place. The sites are small and if you don’t book an oceanfront site you will be walking out and looking at the back side of your neighbors RV from about 3 feet. This campground is for true beach lovers. I will definitely be back!!!

Photos can be deceiving. Absolutely the worst campground I’ve ever been in. When a camper is setting up or breaking down no one can drive through. There is nowhere to park except across A1A which was about 20 feet from my RV. A one person restroom for men and one for women. The showers they talk about are in the reStroom. Now the price. It cost me over a thousand dollars for two weeks. There is no pool, no playground and no camp store. All there is is the ocean and in January that’s not a plus. I could go on but I’m sure you get the idea. Save your vacation and camp somewhere else.

This park is almost perfect, I say almost as I don’t think anything is perfect. Yet this place is really making me think differently. The staff was so nice when we showed up and they helped us in so many ways. The park itself was nicely maintained and had so many beautiful views. The sites were spacious and spread out enough so you are not right next to your neighbor. Everyone who stayed here was so relaxed and laid back it was easy to get along with anyone. I loved how quiet everything was and how peaceful everything turned out to be. Well worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Reservations through Floridastateparks.org or Reserve America. Camping on the beach, they are adding 34 additional campsites on the intracoastal side of the park. Sites 1 through about 20 are good for motor homes and larger campers. W/E, dump site at the campground and clean restrooms. Only 3 miles from Flagler beach, about 30 minutes from Daytona Beach or St Augustine.Christine Mettead'l comment: By all accounts is a great campground has opened up a second brand new campground as of last week on the river. (copied from another site, please do more research) The new Riverside Campground is not accepting reservations - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Flagler by the sea was absolutely magnificent! Sitting by the ocean staring into the great unknown was exactly what my husband and I needed to get away. The staff was very kind and accommodating. There was so much to do in the area and meeting other campers was a lot of fun.It was the best of both worlds, both relaxed when you wanted peace and quite with plenty to do! My husband and I will definitely be returning back and we are planning a trip to bring our children next time. The beaches were clean and not crowded. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This rv park was a great destination for me and the family last summer. A friend of our recommended us to this campground and we have no regrets! The area is just beautiful and very close to the ocean meaning that if you're the type of person that enjoys sitting back and listening to waves, this will be perfect for you. (Also it's a great way to relax while the kiddos run around the beach!) This campground has a very friendly staff and made us feel right at home. There are quite a few things to do in the area if you are with family so you will never be bored. This campground was added to our list of rv parks to return to next year so we look forward to coming back for another relaxing vacation! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
