Campers can enjoy plenty of wide open spaces and breathtaking natural terrain and mountain views. so if you enjoy hiking, biking and picnicking or even easy evenings sunset viewing and stargazing, you're sure to enjoy your time at this park. Amenities at the park include: big rig access, water, horseshoe pits and TV hookups, sewerage and 30/50 amp sites.

Just beyond the campground are a number of excellent local attractions such as the Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park, Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve, Rocky Peak Park, Corriganville Movie Ranch, Cave of Munits, Simi Peak, Chumash Indian Museum, Grandma Prisbey's Bottle Village, Excido escape Room and Oat Mountain.
