Elk Country RV Resort and Campground

Not sure why Karen thinks she can just walk into a property without checking with the office first, that is trespassing. She may not have liked the man that confronted her, but to judge a site based upon never visiting it is silly. When the trespassers are kept out it prevents people from trampling through your site to see the elk. We have stayed at this location a few times in the last five years. Great location. Lots to do around. There are even tent sites with power. The meadow RV sites are just that, out in the open and in a meadow. The forest sites are much nicer IMHO. A few tent sites aren't the most level with the roots of the trees, but nice. A nice quiet campground.

The owner is a. Nasty little man who will scream at you and tell you to “get your ass off his property” if you are not a paying customer. My husband and I were there today to check out for possible reservations and that will NEVER happen. This cowardly old man is lucky my husband didn’t hear him scream at me. I’m sure he wouldn't dare have talked to a man like that...do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
