Grass Sites (water/electric)

Our grassy sites are in demand during the summer months by the smaller RVs (these are shorter sites and will NOT accomodate Class A's or 5th Wheels). In order to keep our grassy sites looking good they require a lot of love. That means if your stay exceeds 3-4 days in a site, we may need to coordinate moving you to another site in order to perform routine maintenance (mowing/watering). Usually, our guests will use the free dump station and will relocate as to only move once. Either way, we do our best to work with our guests to coordinate if necessary. Additionally, we ask that if you use a mat to not leave it on the grass during the day. Thanks for understanding.

Fido is welcome at our park! Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground along with their owners. • Dogs must be leashed at all times on a leash no longer than 6 feet. (ID Statute 25-2805) • Out of respect for other guests, please do not leave barking dogs unattended. • No fences or kennels allowed unless approved by management. • Limit 2 pets per site unless prior approval by management.

Fantastic RV park. Hosts are incredible. Clean facilities, beautiful location. Wildlife is everywhere. There is so much to see and do in the area that we can’t wait to come back!

Barbara Brink

Exceptional. Small, clean, attentive and friendly owners. Laundry facilities are a big plus. We spent 2 nights thinking we were just passing thru onto our next excursion but found this is more than a passing thru place. We hope to return.

Mary Jamieson

Very nice RV park. The owners were so gracious - we arrived later than anticipated and they guided us in to the RV park entrance and our spots in the dark. Very clean and beautiful!

Natalie Henderson

We absolutely loved the owners Keith and Addy and all the folks we met while staying at Elk Bend RV Park!! If we ever pass that way again, we will definitely stay with them again!!

Erica Aznoe

Love this place! Wish we could have stayed longer. Owners super friendly and helpful, nice setting and across the street from the Dusty Mule which you must try if you se win the area.

Katie Sutter

Incredibly helpful owner who supported our needs and assisted with our trip. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We had deer come through at night. We were also in very close proximity to our activities so the location was extremely convenient. Loved staying here and would go back anytime!

Mike Williams

Nice, clean RV Park across the street from the Salmon River. Friendly owners who are the staff. Easy check-in at the small convenience store. Restrooms and showers were clean and in good condition. Spent just one night but will return on our next trip to Idaho.

Brent Blumenthal

Clean facilities, roomy sites with some trees. Friendly, caring owner. Fun things to see/do nearby (Goldbug hot springs, Hermit Home). I was impressed with this park and would stay again

Robert Cairns

This park is a gem! It’s small, quiet and a great place to just relax. The owners (and hosts), Keith and Addey, are the best. Very friendly, very helpful and fun to talk to. They would let us know when the elk would be coming down to the river and where to look for them. We would stay here again and a lot longer than 3 nights.

Lee Traver

Hosts are super nice and helpful. Facility was very clean and well kept. We fully recommend Elk Bend for a comfortable stay.

Randy Weaver

Nice owners and clean bathrooms/showers. Spaces are a little close together but still a quiet RV park. We’ll be back.

Rich Charrier

Fantastic Park — Clean and quiet, the owners are wonderfully helpful with adventure suggestions and directions to areas to visit. All sites are pull thru with plenty of room between you and your neighbors. Shower house is one of the cleanest I have ever used. I highly recommend if you are in the Salmon, Idaho areas you make Elk Bend your base of operations.

Donald Brunk

Elk Bend is a gorgeous little campground with some beautiful grassy sites. The owners are super friendly and helpful. It has the best WiFi I’ve experienced, with enough bandwidth for streaming.

Gary Nine

Great experience. Owners super friendly and accommodating

Patsy McIntosh

Nice clean grounds and green grass and clean showers. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly owner

Robert Jech

Great RV Park! Friendly hosts, level sites, wildlife in the area, clean, easy access, excellent water, some grass sites, small but well stocked store. All at a very reasonable price. Thanks Keith and Addey!

Rich Ridenour

Very nice, small park with FHU gravel sites. There are a few on grass, but they are Elec/Water only (with a dump station nearby). Very clean bathrooms and showers (although I didn’t use them). Mostly, the owners who live on site are WONDERFUL and could not be more friendly and helpful.

Tim Line

Easy check in. Very clean campground. Beautiful setting. And, the nicest most accommodating hosts you will find.
