This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds in the Buffalo River area. Lots of shade, a beautiful swimming pool, and some of the friendliest owners and staff around. We really enjoyed our stay, and we plan to return in the late fall. Highly recommend booking a stay.

We stayed in Cabin 43 for 3 nights. It was just the right size. It was clean and the AC was cold. Ms. Ginger was wonderful and very accommodating. Great location!

We are new RV owners and had made our reservation at Dogwood Springs for the 4th of July way in advance. This was only our 2nd but longest camping trip yet and were excited to be there. We were greeted by Ginger and Chuck as soon as we pulled into the park and they directed us to our RV spot and carefully guided us in. Very nice, big and well shaded spot and didn't have to do to much leveling. We were the last ones to arrive in our large group that was there. Ginger and Chuck went above and beyond in making all of us feel comfortable and welcome. They have only been at this for a year as new owners I believe and we could see already the improvements they are making. Clean bathrooms, showers, a nice laundry room, swimming pool and a pavilion by the pool just to name a few things. The hospitality that they showed not only us but our whole family that was there, well most of the time you don't get treated that way, they genuinely are thankful you are there. They are still working on improvements and are making great progress. We enjoyed ourselves and had a nice relaxing 4th of July. Thank you Ginger and Chuck for being so hospitable, we will definitely be back in the fall and will be making our reservations for next 4th of July.

Staff & grounds were terrific, and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the electricity source, since daily dropped below the voltage level our power meter allowed, and power was lost in our trailer. It was very hot and I'm sure the park usage was at an extreme. We look forward to our next visit at Dogwood Springs RV Park.

Dogwood Springs is an amazing campground, that is very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to this part of Arkansas.

I love this campground! I came to Jasper over New Years 2020 for a solo mental health hiking trip. I spent 2 days hiking in the rain and stayed in cabin #4 and it was perfect! After being cold and wet all day, being able to get into the clean, hot showers and curl up in a cozy heated cabin was perfection. Last weekend, I made an impulse hiking trip down to Arkansas with my dad. I was pretty sad to find out when booking that cabin #4 (which I lovingly called "tiny cabin") was taken, but I was fine with booking a tent spot instead. However, once I got down to Jasper and was reminiscing with Ginger (who I believe is one of the owners) about my first trip, I learned that tiny cabin had just become available and booked it immediately! And let me tell you, that was a fantastic choice. They had added a fridge to the unit and the a/c was kicking, making our trip much more comfortable than it would have been had we stayed in the tent! This campground may not have ziplines and all the bells and whistles, but it is very clean, quiet, and you can tell the owners really care! Plus, being right outside of Jasper, you really can't beat the location. I will always try to stay here (specifically in tiny cabin) when I come to Jasper! Oh, and they sell beautiful paintings of surrounding areas by a local artist in the office, so definitely check that out! I meant to buy the piece behind the desk when I was there, but left too early in the morning, so was unable to and it is definitely a big regret!

Dogwood Springs Campground was great. Very rustic and a cozier feel, but still very upkept. Showerhouse/Bathrooms were very clean and in good condition. We had a 32ft TT on site #3, with friends at buddy site (#5), cabin #4, #13 and then on camper site #12 also. We were all very close, but with plenty of room to stretch out. There was a little hill to the area, but none of us even needed to use leveler blocks for our campers. The staff are all super friendly and you can tell they pour their time and effort into running the campground well. We stayed there to float the Buffalo from Ponca to Kyle's Landing and the drive to Ponca wasn't any further than BOC's campground, but the drive from Kyle's to Dogwood Springs was way closer. A major bonus is that there is a Harp's grocery store right outside of the campground, about a quarter mile down the road, so you can recoop almost anything you may forget when packing.

Had a great stay here in our camper. Owners were very welcoming and helped direct us to our site and make sure we got backed in with no issue. Bathrooms and showers were very clean as well!

This was my first time staying here and it was a peaceful time. The owners are awesome and kind. The group I was with (a lot of us) enjoyed the entire time we were there. Would highly recommend this place.

The spot I stayed in was nearly impossible to back in to unload/load. I damaged my vehicle on a fence trying to get out of the campsite. Everyone was really nice! It was a little difficult to reach the management at times. I will probably not go back there 😞

Public shower water was not very hot. Liked the layout of shower though. Very clean overall. Owners are very helpful and full of useful local information.

Campground Response

Hi John, Thank you for the review. So sorry your shower was not very hot, we will certainly look into that. We appreciate your stay here with us and hope you will return again.

My friend and I shared Cabin 18. It was clean, had two beds. We were able to cook meals with the hotplate and microwave, and the small refrigerator was adequate. I don't think an adult could sleep in the limited space of the loft. The owners of the campground were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
