Diamond Lake is a 157 acre resort with 270 campsites.

Our campsites range from full hookups with 50 amp electrical, water and sewer.
|
|
We also have 10 motel rooms for those who don’t want to “rough it”. Our motel rooms have either 1 or 2 double beds.
|
|
Some are available with a pull-out couch for that extra person. All of our rooms have microwaves and mini refrigerators.
|
|
We also have 3 cottages with fully stocked kitchens and TVs right on the lake and a rental camping trailer.
|
|
We have 5 lakes to satisfy the fisherman in the family. One of our lakes is a Catfish stocked “Pay Lake”. Other lakes with “natural unplanted” fish are available for you to test your skill. Another of our lakes is full of our “pet” fish, just waiting to be fed with food that we supply at the Pit Stop Bait Shop.

For the racers in the family, we offer 3 Go-Kart tracks to keep the adrenaline pumping.

Our tracks include an oval slick track, a standard oval track and a grand prix track for the road racers.
|
|
We offer Naskarts, Bullit Karts, Kiddie Karts and 2 seater Karts.
|
|
We also offer Pedal Boats, Golf-cart rentals, Swimming pool, Laundry facility, Grocery store, RV supply's, Propane filling station and monthly activities.

If all this has built an appetite, we’ve got that covered too. The Pit Stop Grill has juicy burgers, steak sandwiches, hotdog's, fries, drinks and lots of other great food to satisfy the biggest hunger.

We also offer a pizza and ice cream parlour serving delicious hot pizza and soft serve ice cream.

Diamond Lake Resort is located 11 miles west of Owensboro, Kentucky off Highway 56. We are 2 ½ hours away from Churchill Downs in Louisville and Nashville Tennessee. Abraham Lincoln’s boyhood home is just an hour away.

We have many outdoor pavilions, and a 750 seat live Theater. So plan your birthday party, company picnic, corporate meeting, church or school group gathering, family reunion, wedding or other special event with our Diamond Lake Resort Event Coordinator.

This campground is large. Some Spaces need to be resurfaced as the concrete is busted up. 30/50 amp sites. Overall park was very clean and well maintained. Yes there are permanent campers but they are in special areas. Spacious for bike riding/exercising. Golf carts & Polaris were allowed in the campground. However, electric golf carts were ok but gas powered are too noisy for the campsite area. Nice water views. We were even treated to an Elvis tribute artist concert on Saturday night. Have pizza shop, ice cream and a grill. We enjoyed our stay of three nights in July/August - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
